I'd probably give it more of a 3.5 but for authentic Peruvian plates I'll give appreciation points. We had a nice, patient waiter who give specific descriptions about each of the menu items.

The first time I went, I had jalea de mariscos and a chicha morada absolutely amazing! Crunchy, flavorful, and fresh. The second time, I ordered tallarín saltado and it was just as delicious. My friend had arroz chaufa a lo macho on our first visit (so good and full of flavor!) and the second time she got tallarines a la huancaína con carne another tasty combo. The food was rich, authentic, and made with care. Peruvian food will always be my favorite, and this place reminded me why.
