I recently bought a car and Paulina and the owner helped me out during the purchase process, but they both lied to me and deceived me and I will be reporting them to DMV investigations. And there's a free Attorney out of the Bay area that's going to help me sue them to put them out of business because when I applied for the car, I did not have any job because I was on temporary disability. The owner told me that I didn't need a job and that he has paystub he can use for me. Long story short I got the vehicle and the check engine light was on in three more lights were on. I went back to tell them about the lights and they told me that every single car has a check engine light that has to be on and three more lights, I don't know the name for them. I took it to a mechanic and they said my car overheat and one of them is the sensors for the rear bumper so they lied to me again and sold me a salvage title car I have all the proof on paper and photo and I even have them recorded when they told me no income is fine. read more

I wouldn't say they're the worst in Modesto but I will put them in that same category. I'm writing this review so the next person who does their due diligence will hopefully consider my thoughts. Almost anyone with a bank account and reliable job can be approved for a loan. Your credit will affect how much you put down/monthly payments. Which is why I'm giving them 2 stars because I have horrible credit and they were willing to work with me. This is where it gets ugly: I had my car less than 2 months and he LITERALLY shut off on me. I went to the dealer and he told me to hit a box underneath the steering wheel to start it again or buy another one So I went home, got a hammer and hit this metal box underneath my steering wheel and my car was working again. I was happy with the "home remedy" because nearby dealers told me it would cost me $$$. Turn out it was a small problem. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone with a family! Not to Anyone who has a reliable job and can't afford unexpected tragedies, because you WILL get them. I recommend this car dealer to college students who just need a car for commuting for the last 2 months of school . I recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to buy a car with the expectation that it WILL break down sooner or later but it'll look nice in the driveway. read more

I INITIALLY PURCHASED THE 2015 ACURA TLX and IMMEDIATELY had buyers remorse. car had a multiple issues including loose struts, bad suspension, horrible transmission, dirty interior (headliner was filthy), carpet on passenger front seat carpet had glue that crystallized, the front bumper was repainted with poor craftsmanship, OVERALL 0 stars if I could . I am giving one star only because I can't give them zero. I purchased my second car from them with such high hopes. Almost immediately my husband noticed it was shifting rough. After a week it started dying every time I came to a stop. I made an appointment with a Chevy dealer and their extended warranty company, which was also crap. I needed a brand new transmission, my brakes were metal on metal, my power steering lines were leaking along with other lines and suspension stuff. It took over 3 weeks of not having a car and fighting with the warranty to get it fixed. I had to pay another $662.00 after the warranty for a car that I had JUST bought. The car lot said they were not responsible and that's why they sold me the warranty. They did end up sending me a $200.00 courtesy payment. However I am still out another $462 for a car that the Chevy repair department told me was unsafe to drive out of their shop until repaired. read more

Purchased a vehicle from here almost two months ago. Last week it had to be towed home from my boyfriend's job, because the starter went out. Wasn't to angry about that, BUT two days after the starter was replaced, we were on the way to the store, it was super hot outside, at a stop light the car was running really rough, it never did that before, when I made a turn the car died, luckily it made it into a parking lot. It started back up, just to die again, my boyfriend took over, got it started and made it home. We can't figure out what's wrong with it, it seems like something is sucking up all the power, and the idle isn't right. We messaged the dealership to let them know, that selling cars that are screwed up and have problems, isn't cool and we shouldn't be paying for a car that won't work, just to get a response back, pretty much saying, oh well. Very inconsiderate and the warranty can not find out what is wrong with the car. The car I bought runs fine, but the interior is torn up and the exterior had a lot of dents and scratches. I could have gotten something way better for what I spent. I purchased my vehicle from Super Auto Sales in May 2017. The approval process was quick and easy. I was satisfied with that part of my purchase. Here is where the disappointment and unsatisfied part comes, the first issue I had was the day I drove it off the lot on my way home the stirring started to shake while accelerating and braking. I brought the car back in they took a look at it and took it to have the tires balanced. Picked it up the same day as I drove it around a little more and had my wife drive it we both noticed the car was pulling to the left hard. I called the dealer back and took it back in they took to have it looked at and there was a bubble in one of the tires along with it had bad brakes. They replaced the 1 tire and changed the brakes and rotors. A week later the check engine light comes on in the car. I called them up and they ask me to bring it down so they can check it out. I drop it off a few hours they called me back and said that it was ready to be picked up and the light came on due to a fuse loose. I pick up the car and it is running good for another 3 weeks and then it starts to jerk back and fourth when at a stop as if it's gonna shut down. Then the check engine comes back on. At this point I'm over this car I have had it barely a month and a half and I have had multiple issues with it. I write the dealer letting them know how unsatisfied I have became with the car due to all the issues. The reply I got was we are sorry to hear about all the problems but that's why you bought an extended warranty for issues like this. I was told that my warranty was bumper to bumper coverage. So I call my local Chevy dealer and take the caCtr down to get looked at and give them my warranty. They call me to let me know what is going on with the car and that my total cost will be $200. I said doesn't my warranty cover this? They said my warranty doesn't cover the problem your car is having. Now I have to spend money out of my pocket to fix a car I have had barely 6 weeks. And I was told if I had any issues within 2 years or 24k miles it would be taken care of by the warranty I laid for at time of signing.
