I needed my serpentine belt replaced, and I also had a screw with a broken head that needed to be removed and replaced. While I was there, I asked if they could take a look at my tire because I was hearing a noise. Turns out, it was a wheel bearing. He even went out of his way to send me a picture of the damaged part so I could see exactly what was wrong. I really appreciated that transparency They took care of everything quickly and professionally. I also checked the prices to make sure I was getting a fair deal, and the prices were right around the average -- so I definitely felt like I wasn't being overcharged. Great service, fair prices, and friendly customer service. I'm very happy with the experience and will definitely be coming back for sure! Thank you, MOE, for the great service! Highly recommend!

Kenni, the owner, is amazing and always makes sure you're fully informed. Her mechanic Michael is incredibly sharp -- he diagnosed and fixed an issue on my daughter's BMW that a "name brand" shop had written off as unrepairable. It runs perfectly now. Based on that, I brought my Suburban in before a 6,000-mile road trip for my daughter's college move-in. Josiah and Kenni walked me through everything it needed, and the truck runs just like new. Fair prices, honest work, great people. Do yourself a favor and give them your business -- I won't take my cars anywhere else.

In some ways, I feel like the quality of work was even better than what I've experienced at a Tesla service center. They fixed the AC blower motor on my 2017 Tesla Model S and it made a huge difference right away. Everything was done efficiently and professionally, and they kept me informed the entire time. I also really appreciated that they use OEM Tesla parts because it gave me peace of mind knowing the repair was done the right way. What I loved most was how transparent they are. They use a system that texts you updates and actually shows you the parts that need attention, so you can see exactly what's going on with your car. It made me feel comfortable and confident that they were being honest and not trying to get over on me. On top of that, they took the time to provide me with a maintenance plan so I can keep my car in the best shape possible. That meant a lot because it shows they really care about helping you take care of your vehicle long term. If you have a Tesla or hybrid, I definitely recommend going to King of Hybrid Auto Repair. They do quality work and really take care of their customers.

I was at the Greek place on Merrill, and when I was in the drive-through, I saw the suspension place across the street, so I thought I'd step in for some quick questions. Everybody was super cool, and even though they were busy, the guy mentioned they'ld do a free front end diagnosis to determine my brake condition. He said sometimes that means you do need new rotors. They were pretty busy, but I only had to wait about 15 minutes until they got a bay open. Turns out it wasn't my brakes at all, I had a bad strut on one side. During the evaluation, they mentioned they are also specialists in Lexus rear airbag suspension. Luckily, my rear suspension was fine and I only had that single bad strut. I decided to get both taken care of as well as the alignment for the front and rear. They also gave me a 10% discount on the alignment work because I had a major repair. I took an Uber home, because they said they might not have the job completed the same day. But they got parts delivered early, and my car was done before 5:00. Excellent work, and I didn't feel like they were trying to misrepresent any aspect of the job. As a matter of fact, I asked about any more things I needed done, and they said I was pretty much solid. Now the bad. I know cars, have been working on them for years. I know what a bad CV joint sounds like. I bought an axle, called down there, told them what the problem was, and sent my car and my kids with payment. My son called me and said that they told him that the car didn't need the work, that the sound I heard was something else. The week after, I had the time to go talk to them and long story short, they said some bullshit about the steering. Ok. I went to another shop, told them what was up, they told me they wouldn't warranty the part which was fine. Work was done, cheap, problem fixed. I hate to bash a local business. These are nice folks who were wrong on a problem. It happens but I personally won't be back.
