WARNING - DO NOT TRUST AUTO INTEGRITY / CHRIS I brought my 2008 Toyota Camry LE here for a replacement engine, and what I experienced was fraud, negligence, and complete dishonesty. * Engine Replacement Scam: I paid thousands for a "new" motor, but Chris reused my old damaged mount points--including one with a hole--and five days later my car was overheating again. I have serious doubts about whether the engine he installed was even new or the correct one. Catalytic Converter Failure: He installed the wrong catalytic converter, causing my car to fail SMOG at Smog Busters. This is illegal in California and proves he cut corners. No Transparency: When I asked for detailed records of the repairs, I was given a generic piece of paper with no diagnostic details, no proof of the parts, and no accountability. Because of Chris and Auto Integrity, I am now left with a car that cannot pass emissions, cannot be legally registered, and is unreliable--all while I prepare for a major relocation. I've lost money, time, and peace of mind. This shop is deceptive, unprofessional, and dangerous. If you value your money, your safety, and your vehicle--DO NOT take your car here. I have a go to place that I normally go to get my oil changes done. However , I was in a bind and needed to get it done right away . This place was able to squeeze me in at the last minute . When I arrived to the place there was a bit of a wait and I had to wait over 30 minutes before they started working on my car which is understandable because they were short staffed . However that wasn't the main issue that occurred . Apparently the person that worked on my car forgotten to tighten the cap on my car and over time the oil started leaking out of my car . I understand things happen but an oil change is one of the most basic things you can get done at a repair shop . Not only could it have damaged and destroyed my car it could have caused more problems down the line . . I will not be returning back to this place because of this . They lost a customer . read more

Beware of there Brake Fluid groupon deal. 1. You will end up paying $180 to have the Brake fluid completely drained. You will pay around $80 to Groupon thinking that they will drain the whole Brake Fluid BUT this is not the case, when I contacted them, they asked for additional $100 to completely drain the Brake Fluid. They said the Groupon deal is only to drain the reservoir! 2. You can get the brake fluid flush anywhere else for $120 instead of $180 and your brake fluid will be completely drained from the calibers with no air leaks! read more

My car was leaking coolant and decided to get it checked out, so I went in Auto Integrity and spoke with the owner Christopher and after a quick inspection he stated that it was the water pump that was leaking, and I'm glad I did especially with the heat wave were currently having in California I definitely needed my water pump working to move the coolant around and prevent my engine from breaking down. So I was instructed to leave my car and Oscar who took care of it and when i went to pick it up showed me the part and explained everything instead of just saying "Its done" which I'm grateful for. My husband was leaving work at 5pm and had an issue with starting his car. We love about 40mikes away so towing back home was going to be $$$. We looked at local auto shops and this one was close and the reviews looked good. We towed it here and got there like 25 minutes before closing and they were kind enough to look at the car even though they were fully booked up. The guys that helped saw there was corrosion built up and was able to clean some of it off and the car turned on and worked! We were ready to pay, but they didn't charge us for anything!! I took my car in to have the A/C recharged (I had a Groupon) they were awesome. Not only did Chris tell me what he was doing he explained why my A/C was not working well. The day prior I had my car detailed by some kid who did a lousy job (see my review on Just-in-time auto detailing) he was supposed to have power washed the engine Bay because I was selling the car the following day. Much to my surprise he had not. Chris was so awesome, he offered to power wash it and clean it up at no charge. Now I wouldn't expect this on a normal basis, I think he felt bad that I had been ripped off. Chris truly cars about his customers. I feel he treats me like family. Ive taken dozens of cars to him and he always takes care of me at reasonable prices. Ill share how he earned my business for life. Several years ago, I had bought my daughter her first car. It was used but she really liked it. After a few months, the car would randomly shut off on her when she came to a complete stop. I had it towed to Chris and he found the problem right away. I was a loose/faulty distributor cap. When I went to pick up the car, and asked "how much?", he said, "no charge, I had an extra one laying around here". Sad to say but Ive never met any other mechanic that would do that. We need our cars and he could have easily came up with a bogus charge and charged me a couple of hundred bucks and I would have paid it because my daughter needed her car for school/work. I would rate this company zero if that was an option after all the problems, money, and time spent to get my engine swapped with auto integrity. My engine that they swapped for me had a problem with the cam and rockers, knocking so bad, but Auto integrity would not acknowledge the problem nor want to look at the bad cam and rockers. Chris the main guy at the shop said the engine would go another 100k miles even after he did look at the engine after constantly arguing and raising his voice. He saw the cam shaft lobe starting to flatten, and still had the audacity to argue the engine was good for 100k miles more. Chris and his right hand mechanic, really need to look back at their shop name, because they have nothing of "integrity" in the work they do. You are better off watching YouTube and becoming a mechanic yourself. read more

We can't speak enough good about Chris at auto integrity. We were traveling through to go see family for Christmas when we broke down with CV axle that went out. He recommended a towing servicing and dropped everything to replace the axle and get us back on the road. He also checked the other axle and noticed it was about to break as well.
