Chicken Biscuits - Chicken Fried Chick drizzled with honey on 2 Biscuits with Gravy, Hashbrowns and an egg on top.
Adam M.

My wife and I decided to try this place since our local town is limited on breakfast places, we both agree it was worth the drive. Great food, service and had the new modern breakfast Cafe look, feel and sound. I usually go with French toast but something on the menu caught my eye...Chicken Biscuits. Chicken Fried Chicken on Biscuits and Gravy with Hashbrowns, chicken drizzled with honey and topped with an egg...YES PLEASE!!! I 86ed the egg wife asked if she could have it so they put it on the side for her. It was delicious, and I'm not even a biscuits and gravy kind of guy. Chicken was well seasoned and the biscuits were nice and fluffy. I really enjoyed the hashbrowns being thin and crispy as opposed to thick and mushy like at our local place. They also had Tobasco which made me really happy, a lot of places only have Cholula or their house hot sauce. A few shakes of Tobasco on the chicken helped my eyes roll further in the back of my head with every bite. My wife had the Garden Skillet and really enjoyed it. It was a huge portion, at least 2 meals for her. Go check them out, we will be back. I want to try the French toast but all I've thought about for the last 2 days is the chicken biscuits...

Best bacon Migas and latte I've had in quite some time! Booths were clean and comfortable. Excellent service (Andrea was super helpful) and great food! Will be back next time I'm in the area!

Garden Skillet (I chose pancakes as the side)

Breakfast today was delicious. Got the garden skillet, choice of toast biscuit or psncakes...chose pancakes. Comes with 2 eggs on top, had them scrambled. The veggies were cooked to the perfect consistency and chopped to an appropriate size for adding to the fork. They were a bit underseasoned, which was fine. Better than too much salt. After salting and pepperoni, it was perfect. I loved the pancakes. So fluffy and vanilla-y. Reminded me of a great vanilla bday cake. Hub got the chicken fried chicken over biscuits. Said it was the best chicken he's ever had. Sunview even has Tabasco for a condiment which is hard to find around here. Most places just have Cholula. We will definitely return.

I loved this place when I tried it for the first time last year while visiting from out of state and I love it even more now that I've moved to the area. The service has been awesome for both breakfast and dinner. Each time the service was quick, friendly and the food delicious and tastes so fresh. I know my family is going to be regulars here. There is so many yummy items on the menu to try.

The resto was fairly priced , food seemed pretty fresh. Noise level was average and we came for breakfast on a Wednesday, no waiting time and got seated right away. Servers were all very friendly. My hubby got the southern Benedict and the egg was cook just right , the gravy was delicious and I can definitely taste the sausage , it tasted very homemade . I ordered the chicken carnitas without jalapeños, when I got it it had jalapeños in it . However, they changed it and It was done pretty quick . It still have some spicy flavor but not very overwhelming. The carnitas tasted good as well , I just took a star since it hardly has any chicken carnitas in it , mostly the hash brown , cheese , bell pepper and some onions ( but still delicious). Hubby wants to order it next time since he likes it after trying mine.

Stumbled upon this gem in Melissa, TX. Service was prompt, professional and cordial. I had the Carnitas Benedict and it was outstanding. Comes with a side of grits or hashbrowns. I chose the hashbrowns and they were perfect: crispy on the outside and tender in the inside. The restaurant is very clean and decorated comfortably. I highly recommend it.

Biscuit and Gravy Omelet. Comes with 2 sides. Very good value. Service was great. Offered me a coffee to go. Quiet and peaceful environment to enjoy breakfast

Concha french toast

Went for Mother's Day brunch and it was great! They were extremely busy but only took about 20 minutes to be seated. I feel like their menu continues to grow and they have great options. So much flavor in their french toast and lattes!

The menu may look the same, but the quality and preparation of items have changed. For example, the crab cake Benedict used to feature homemade crab cakes, and now it's a fried frozen-style patty. The one-star review is really based on the service experience, and unfortunately it's the reason we won't be returning. While waiting for our table, the manager or possible owner was telling single-party guests there was a 30-minute wait, while parties of three or more were being quoted only 10 minutes. An older woman standing there heard him tell the group in front of her 10 minutes right before he told her 30. The more I thought about it afterward, the more disappointed I was that I didn't speak up in the moment. Treating guests differently based solely on party size is unacceptable and left a very bad impression.

Sunview Cafe Anna TX - Beware Their Online Ordering They Will Scam You…read more We placed an order for delivery on their website on 12/16/25. The website accepted the order and sent a confirmation from them that the order was received, accepted, and that my credit card was being charged. The order was then sent by them to Door Dash for delivery. No Dasher was ever assigned and the order was never received. After an hour and a half we called the restaurant to inquire about the situation. We were then tasked with dealing with an extremely rude woman who first stated that they were closed at the time (not true), then said they never received and accepted the order (again not true). When we countered that we had received a confirmation from them she changed the story to we weren't accepting orders at that time (third lie). When we disputed this and again stated that we had received a confirmation and that we were charged for the order she started trying to blame Door Dash. We explained that we did not place the order through Door Dash, we placed it through them directly, and as such they were the responsible party. Rather than just dealing with the situation in a polite and reasonable manner she just continued to argue that they had no culpability in the matter whatsoever. I don't know if the food is any good here, and I never will because they will never again get an order from me for delivery, pickup, or dine in. I don't think that is a problem though because if the food is anything like the service it would be a huge disappointment anyway.

On my second visit, I tried a mix of birria de chivo (goat) and birria de res (beef) tacos. The beef was well seasoned and flavorful, but unfortunately the tortillas were a bit too burnt this time. I also decided to try the rice and beans, which ended up being a miss for me. The beans had a canned aftertaste and were very bland, while the rice was dry and also lacking flavor. I tried three of their salsas: salsa verde, salsa verde tatemada (served warm), and the habanero salsa. The two green salsas were decent, but the habanero stood out with great flavor and a nice kick of heat. The staff was super friendly, and service was quick on both visits. The hostess told me everyone needed to be there so I needed to wait in the waiting area.
