The by-phone estimate for 43,560 square feet of yard was $100. Within 2 hours of our call, a team of 3 fully equipped lawn ninjas were relayed to our property. Due to the deplorable condition of our yard (lots of 2 foot high weeds - yikes- plus a huge hill to mow & weed-eat), the estimate grew to $175, which we were happy to pay to get the yard back under control. Within 90 minutes after *that*, our huge yard had been completely transformed: all grass cut to golf course specs, 200 ft concrete driveway edged, weed-eating done around 20+ trees and the pool fence, steep hillside trimmed perfectly, cuttings mulched back into the lawn. Holy cow! I am impressed. Your experience may vary, but we were lucky to call on the day for which ALM happened to be in our part of town, so we received same day service. What a relief to find a lawn service that is so prompt, thorough, and reliable. Our neighbors will be happy to know that we will now be on the regular biweekly rotation for ALM.

Accidents happen, and we would have been completely understanding if they had simply taken responsibility and fixed the damage. We have been told it would be addressed, followed up multiple times, and continued to get delays and avoidance rather than a resolution. At this point, we have spent far more time chasing them than any customer should have to spend trying to get a contractor to repair damage caused by its own crew. A company's professionalism isn't just about completing the original job -- it's also about how they respond when something goes wrong.
