    Beef bitter larb tiger style.
    Sarami X.

This is a late review, but I'm finally getting around to writing it. I was craving raw bitter larb and heard about this new spot that opened earlier this past summer, so I decided to give it a try. I placed a phone order for larb and a nava (three-color drink). The presentation and packaging of the larb looked very appealing. Unfortunately, once I got home and took my first bite, it was disappointing. The larb lacked flavor and had an off taste, almost as if it had just come out of a greased grinder. There was a noticeable machinery-like smell with an unpleasant aftertaste. As for the nava, it had way too much ice and very little of the actual dessert. On a positive note, the customer service was excellent. It's a mom-and-pop establishment, and the family running it was very friendly and welcoming. I'm unsure if I would return, but given the many positive reviews, I might consider giving it another chance. It's possible my visit coincided with the early stages of new management, and improvements may have been made since then. Two stars for the friendly customer service.

Lovely service! Food was great and he even gave me a free soda. Clean interior and bathroom was clean too. A good place and has a good spread of southeast asian food. My fav item was the eggrolls.

New spot on Eleanor with a lot of menu items to choose from. We will be back for more. Kao piak was delicious, a bit on the sweeter side that I'm not quite used to. I had to tone it down with some lime. I wish they didn't put the sugar in their broth & allow the customers to do so according to taste preference. I rated a 9 because they are not stingy with their meat ratio & the noodles for perfect.

    Angel wings

I didn't realize this place was here! I got the angel wings and they were fantastic. The staff were super friendly. The online ordering is awesome as well and allows you to do all modifications. I can't wait to try more thing from here!

Pho, papaya, egg roll, angel wings, and rice

Friendly and great customer service. Papaya is delicious 10/10 for me :) The pho is yummy, the eggroll is a no go! The stuffing is very little and the wrap is like double wrap, I hope they can stuff more , honestly looks like someone forgot to stuff it more or it just comes like that ......it's more like egg roll wrap with a taste of stuffing only! The angel wing was bomb. Please do BETTER ON EGG ROLLS!

    Papaya Salad

Place doesn't look like they have good food but the papaya is good. I haven't had papaya like this in a long time, a must try!

I learned about mama drunken noodle being thinner than just the drunken noodle. I was curious about what the love drink was so I will have to order that next time I dine here. Overall, I had a great experience. I want to come back with my husband and friends. I wish I had room for dessert this trip. I will definitely be getting some next time! Both packed a good amount of heat at the spicy level, which we loved. The Lao sausage was also super flavorful, but as soon as you cut it, the inside does fall apart a bit. It's a personal preference to have a denser sausage. Service was also ok. We found ourselves needing to call over the waitress a couple times, since we were just sitting waiting to order or get a box and check at the end. Flavors are worth coming back for tho.

I didn't like the pad see ew at all (flavor or ingredients - where's the broccoli or egg?) and the kaopoon needed a lot more coconut milk. I also prefer thicker noodles for my kaopoon. The ones they used were like angel hair thickness compared to the spaghetti sized ones i like. The Thai tea tasted fresh, but I've had better. My bf got the yellow curry and said it was good. I don't like curry so it was a no for me. Prices were fair and much better than most places. Service was also good. Order at the window. Seat yourself and the lady walks around to the front to bring the food to you. You grab napkins, utensils, and sauces yourself. Cute outdoor vibes, but not great in winter or extreme weather. It was windy and cold when we went, so not ideal but it wasn't horrible. Parking was easy. We parked on the street across from Smart & Final. There are some parking spaces right across the alley, but I'm not sure if it's ok to park there.. there weren't signs saying it was only for residents or a specific business, but the street parking wasn't much further so we didn't bother moving our car. Overall, I wanted to love it, but it just wasn't my personal taste preference. For reference, my favorite Thai place right now is Tuk Tuk. But, I would still recommend that people try it. Others seem to really love it, so I guess it just depends on how you like your Thai food. 3.5 stars rounded up to 4.

The staff were so heartwarming and nice, they treated each guest as family. The noodles in the soup were made to order. The broth in each was thick and flavorful. She just carried on with giving us a menu. 2. I ordered large beef pho, the broth was bland and tastes watered down, the portion was decent however the 3 beef meatballs they added tasted bad like it's been sitting out in room temp all day. I ended up spitting it out. 3. My wife ordered papaya salad and a order of wings. The 4 deep fried wings took 20 minutes to come out and unfortunately it also tasted slimy upon biting in and she ended not eating it. Place gets 2 stars because bathroom was clean and although it was not the best pho, it was decent and I finished my pho bowl.
