It's a personal preference to have a denser sausage. Service was also ok. My friend and I tired the Pho Lao today. It's kind of similar to kathiew. It's really good here, I usually add a ton of chili oil. They ask you beforehand if you're okay with shrimp or not which I really appreciated. And of course, their also papaya salad is my go-to. I love that they include cabbage and vermicelli noodles with the order. A lot of other places don't include it/ charge extra. This place will always be a go-to for me.
