There are a lot of misplaced items although the whole time we were there the employees were running past us with hands full of items to put back so at least they're putting in the effort to keep it organized. The sections that hold the clothes are so narrow, only one person can fit at a time so if you're next to someone and want to pass them, you have to go all the way around and enter on the other side. I imagine this is due to the small size of the store but I could see this being a nightmare when they're packed. The dressing rooms are awkward and a bit dirty. They have no AC running in that area so changing clothes felt very uncomfortable as the temperature hit you. The line wasn't terrible but they have most of the employees restocking so the checkouts were fairly empty. I'll keep coming back for the deals! I went home with so many clothes.

Both separate issues but both related to the work done by Mike Bergstrom. The leaks are where he added on to our existing home, and we choose to avoid issues to not just add to the roof but completely redo the whole thing! We invested the extra money ironically hoping to have a worry free addition using all new. The first electrical issue was related to the fire detector in the room addition being installed incorrectly, so it kept going off. The second was a short in the new wiring in the kitchen addition done by Mike. When hired Mike talked a good sales pitch he promised to always stand by his work. We've tried to seek his help over the last 8 years with numerous issues undeniably related to the addition and he will not repair his work. When called a gal named Rhonda answers.... Promises to help but then ghosts you. Contacting a company you paid over $70k for should receive at a minimum a response. We reached out simply to obtain documents or proof on our roof warranty seeing that most have a 10 year warranty. We didn't want him or his team back in the home considering his work is a danger but we did want to check warranties seeing that the roof he did had leaked several times (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2023 and 2025) all at the joints of the addition. Simply put..... stay away from this company, not only is the workmanship a failure but there is zero accountability and integrity from the owner.

The very next day, the sales lady contacted me from her personal phone (which was already unprofessional) to tell me they had oversold the sofa and would need to issue a refund. I waited two weeks and still hadn't received anything, so I called the store--only to deal with lies and excuses. They kept saying my refund was "processed," but it clearly wasn't. Half the time they didn't answer the phone, and a few times they literally picked up and hung up immediately. I live an hour away, so going in person wasn't realistic. Customer support told me I had to get the refund directly through the store. My bank said a dispute would take up to 90 days, so I was stuck depending on them. After two and a half months of getting the runaround, I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on Monday--and suddenly my refund showed up on Wednesday night. It should NOT take a BBB complaint for a company to return money for an item they never delivered. The whole situation was stressful, drawn out, and incredibly unprofessional. Next time I'll just shop at Living Spaces.

Our salesperson at Mattress Firm was Gio and I feel sorry for him because he was really trying his best to answer our questions and help. In the middle of Gio helping me and my wife, his manager Rigo stood up and yelled across the store and told me that what I was asking was irrelevant. When my wife and I stepped outside after shopping she looked at me and said "I don't want to spend our money here after how that guy yelled that rude comment and then sat back down and never said anything else to us. Let's go somewhere else." Now fast forward to the next day and we go to Sit & Sleep. Mike Gonzales was our salesperson. I did a bit of research before I came to the store, knew I didn't want to spend Tempurpedic kind of money for a mattress I could find that would be comparably as good for half the price or less. I told mike the firmness we were looking for, the type of mattress, why we needed these specifications, what kind of frame we had and so on. Mike took us right to several different options that we tried, narrowing our selection as we went. In probably less than an hour we bought the mattress we liked the best and scheduled our delivery. Our overall experience with Mike and Sit and Sleep was great. Our experience at Sit & Sleep compared with the previous days visit to Mattress Firm on Main Street in Hesperia, Ca was so much better. The manager of Mattress Firm, Rigo, told me and my wife that the question we were asking was irrelevant. A little advice to Rigo is that when I come into your store to give you my money rule #1 is that everything I say or ask is relevant. Sorry Gio, you should move over to Sit & Sleep and leave that toxic environment at Mattress Firm well behind you. Thanks to Mike at Sit & Sleep for changing our minds about the mattress business and where to spend our money.
