Johnny went out of his way to purchase the sink, faucet (both Kohler), and garbage disposal from Costco and passed the costs directly to us with no markup. The demo, new countertops, and all plumbing hookups were completed in about six hours. Our kitchen was only out of service for that single day, whereas other companies told us the installation could take several days. Not having a working kitchen for that long would have been a huge inconvenience. Inland Cabinets made the entire process smooth, quick, and stress-free. I highly recommend them.

When I sent pictures over to Johnny of our kitchen before he couldn't believe I wanted to change the counter tops and back splash. But even though it looked nice there were a ton of imperfections. So when Johnny came by he noticed a lot of "mickey mouse" things the flipper did to the house, dishwasher in the wrong place, sink not in the center, etc. So we ended up changing our lay out to be the correct way. In the matter of 2 weeks we had a whole new kitchen. The attention to detail his crew provides is unmatched and his prompt communication is very rare in this type of field. One was easier to see but was very dirty from being outside so couldn't be inspected for damages. The other was sandwiched in between multiple other slabs so you could only see the top 5 inches or so of a 5'x 4' slab. But they wouldn't move it out to see unless you guaranteed to buy one of them (which you couldn't see) with a $100 deposit. So to see the slab, it will cost you $100. If there is damage or the colors don't match your tile (which I had in hand to match), you're out $100? For checking? I've been to numerous stone places throughout the inland empire and in OC and have never come across this policy. Interesting indeed.

"Most of the material we use come from China, we received an email from our providers announcing all material prices will increase 12-15% from 04/01/19. Therefore we can not give an exact amount for your project until we get the new price lists. If we give you a revised quote we may not be able to honor it." We weren't upset and were still interested in the possibility of working with NedyK. Sent them the response below and never heard back from them... "I'm a bit confused, what materials are you referring to? All cabinets and countertops we've selected are from American Kitchen & Bath. All tiles, backsplash and some other products we've selected are from Floor & Decor. Other items we've picked would be purchased from Amazon or Home Depot. In terms of the Epoxy grout, I understand that the cost is more, but your quote for that is almost 9 times the amount of any other contractor who's given me a quote for the same thing. That's why I'm asking everyone about it. Are you saying that you're willing to give us an updated quote by 4/2/19, as well as answer the most recent questions we have? Or are you saying that you are no longer interested in the possibility of taking on this project?"
