I started selling on poshmark and this is where I get my inventory and also find clothes for myself ... the only think I don't like is how people throw everything on the ground when the bins come out and don't pick up their mess . It's so annoying and rude . Yeah people run to the bins when their coming out like hot cakes but who cares !!! First come first serve ... I don't mind I usually wait till their done looking then I go . But one think I would suggest is DO NOT Being your children here .. these are donations from all types of people .. meaning germs .. this is not a place for kids .. I've seen people let their kids wander around or have made little rest area with the dirty clothes or blankets they find on the bins witch is a big NO No !!!! Please love ur kids a little more I know we're all trying to make it here financially hustling but don't torture ur kids by brining them here where your gonna be for hours and their gonna get bored or hungry ... I just feel their should be more control on the people who like to make a mess .. that's all other than that I love goodwills outlet ... best thing ever I'm a content creator for YouTube so I'm always showing people all the good things you can find and also make money off so deff recommend this place ( just bring gloves $

This Goodwill has been around forever. Through its various incarnations, though it has changed, it…read morehas remained one of the go-to spots for vintage items in Orange County. In fact, located in this facility is the actual offices of Goodwill Orange County. This Goodwill is broken up into what I would define as three main areas serving the general public. There is their main store which offers what can be expected from Goodwill. They have the various clothes, shoes, household items, electronics, furniture, and other things that you would expect to find. The second section is their electronics division. This is truly a unique component of this Goodwill facility. What you will find here, in a separate room, is a lot of used computers. Plus, they have other things such as speakers, TVs, DVD players, and items like that. In terms of their computers, they have a staff that reconditioned them. So, what you will find is computers that are all, for the most part, very functional. There's been a couple of times when I've bought used computers from this facility due to the fact that I've needed to load old programs and the new OS in my current computers would not run them. For the most part, these computers have functioned very well. I will say that one time I bought a MAC laptop that was not function correctly. And, this is where you will need to make a mental note. They do not have a proper return policy. Basically, they sell everything As-Is. Yeah, they say they will do this or do that if your computer has a problem, but basically what turns out is that if you buy it, you've bought it, and that's the end of the story. Thus, at least in that one instance with the laptop, I was left with a non-functioning unit. This is just something to keep in mind. The main thing to do when you purchased a computer from this facility is to fully test it out while you're there. Which they happily allow you to do. Thus, as stated, you usually come away with a highly functioning piece of electronic equipment. The final section of this business is their donation area. This is a drive-thru donation area. This is both good and bad. If you get behind somebody who's unloading tons of stuff and/or wants to talk to the employees, you can be in line for quite a while. This is no fun. But, most of the time you don't have to worry about that. The people that work at this part of the Goodwill are mostly nice. But, like yesterday, I would say that the way the employee who helped me did his job was entirely inappropriate and just lazy. To tell the story, I donated about two thousand CDs. As I was unloading the bags of CDs, I could see that the employee was just lifting the bags up and dumping them into this large bin. Obviously, what was happening, by doing his job in this way, is that many of the cases for the CDs were either gonna be broken and/or the CDs would be bounced out of their cases. I'm sorry, this is just poor workmanship. It is very lazy. And, I believe, this is not the way the job should have been done. But, for most of your donations, you shouldn't have any problem at all. Overall, if you want to go to a really large Goodwill store, that offers a really unique take on electronic devices, and all of the other stuff Goodwill is known to offer, this is probably the best location in Orange County.

And great selections of almost everything, from games, books, and electronics, school supplies, you name it. Very good prices on nearly everything I saw. I walked away empty handed today but would definitely come back here and do some more digging. If you enjoy thrifting like I do, then this is one of the best Goodwills I've ever been to.

He asked if we needed any help and actually came to our car several times to help us carry some items... Unlike, other donation centers we've been to they actually make you feel WELCOMED and APPRECIATED for your donations. I'm used to seeing people being burdened by us coming in to make donations but, not this place. They are so patient and kind here... We donated a lot of items that our family didn't need anymore and items my father in law left behind since his passing. We did not want to do an estate sale so we packed up a lot of kitchenware and linen for the donation center... There was an optional monetary donation to be made afterwards. You can also make a DONATION with a QR CODE... The STORE also has a wide selection of GOODWILL items for sale... VALUE: I really value great customer service here. We went on a Sunday morning and it was such a memorable experience that I wanted to share it with EVERYONE on YELP! By the way, the donation center is located at the front and not the back like most other places... PARKING: Convenient and plenty of parking is available in front of the store and donation center... Thank you so much for being the BEST GOODWILL I've ever been to!! We appreciate you!!!

Some other Goodwills I've been to do this as well-- the Chino Hills location next door to Kahoots comes to mind. It seems like they're able to circumvent the issue of legality by having employees say they can't confirm if items are authentic or not, but this practice is ridiculous and needs to end. It's obvious all high tier brands in stores are going to be counterfeit when any item that even appears to be real will be sent off to the Goodwill website for auction after passing authentication (by a 3rd party or by Goodwill, however, I'm not sure). With authentic items not being put out in stores, how can management continue to feign ignorance that these ratty bad fakes are indeed fake? As if a genuine Murakami LV would ever be sold for $30 when used Lululemon leggings are going for half that... Just because a brand is desirable (but also not desirable enough to go to the auction website, lol) doesn't mean you don't have to consider the item's condition when you price! Someone dropped off their ugly ratty Lulu haul and each item was indiscriminately priced at $12.99. Some of those patterned leggings were so fugly I thought they were Lularoe. You can literally get brand new Lulu for $20 if you shop smart, so I'll pass on someone's used leggings with pilling on the inner thighs and straight up white and yellow streaks on the inside of the gusset... I didn't take pics because I fled the scene immediately. Also worth mentioning (not particular to this location) is that the exchange policy is now 15 days instead of 60, and the email coupons offering 30% off non sale items totaling over $35 are now gone. Goodwill continues to overcompensate for lack of sales with increased greed.

The store has all of its various sections separated so that you can easily find whatever you're looking for. Whether you want to come in to shop for home goods, knickknacks, jewelry, electronics, books, records, CDs, or either men's women's or children's clothing, it's very easy to find the section that you're looking for. FYI, they have restrooms in the back if you need to take care of that type of business. As is the case with all Savers, the prices here tend to be a bit higher than other thrift stores chains. This is not so much a criticism, it's just something to keep in mind. This is not say that you can't find that great deal. It's just that if you're looking for that cheap shirt, pair of pants, jacket, or whatever else, you may not find it here for the price you desire. In terms of parking, they have a large parking lot directly in front of the the store. This lot is is shared with a few other businesses. Though during peak hours,, it's sometimes can be a bit hard to find space, generally you should be able to find one without too much of a problem. Overall, if you want what Savers has to offer, this is a very nice store, with a very nice staff to find it.

I went inside and the mood shifted, clothes were off the racks, books were stacked on each other, toys on the ground, and the home goods area was a MESS, and there was an employee sitting on the furniture at the front!! When I went to check out, the line was long, the registers were moving slow but I can't blame them, they had no help! There was what looked to be a manager walking between the registers, he was talking more than he was helping. I didn't catch his name but he had a hat with a beard. He seemed to be very "close" with the employees, lots of laughing and touching. I feel like there is a lot that can be done to improve this store, more specifically, the management on the inside.
