The prices here are insane! I've included some pics here for reference: a dirty, crusty cheap Walmart toothbrush holder for $8. $20 for an old plastic worn out Tupperware, $20 for a cheap PLASTIC Walmart tumbler. $8 for the star candy dishes you get at Dollar Tree? The list goes on and on. The ENTIRE store is overpriced like this. The staff was sitting around gossiping and talking about some lady that they "really hate" and looked annoyed that you're interrupting their chat fest. Just a no-go all around. read more

They don't open until 10am so I grabbed some coffee next door before my day of thrifting while my littles are in school (I am always on the hunt for vintage 1940's-80s home decor, artwork, lighting, glassware & kitchenware, my guilty pleasure ) Upon arrival, 2 of my girlfriends I haven't seen in a while were there so I sat with them while I waited for my coffee. A really rude white woman with long frizzy hair, a little dog, and a grumpy demeanor watched me back into the EMPTY parking lot where this thrift store was, saw me walk into the coffee shop waited a bit and then finally walked in and was totally rude and disruptive to the costumers of that business. She had the nerve to go out of her way (when she could've clearly told me something as she stood and watched me park my vehicle, again in an empty parking lot, which would've saved her this bad review). Instead she opens the door of that business and asks who owns the silver suv which was me, I said it's mine I can move it right now and instead of stopping there she preceded to rudely take her anger out on me saying she's tired of people parking her space while they get their hair done and stuff, mind you its not like she wasn't already parked and even if she wasn't she had the entire parking lot to herself aside from the one parking spot I parked in. My one friend is a little spicy and didn't like her tone of how she came in and caused a scene like that with me so she took it upon herself to chime in on the conversation asking if she had a sign that said that's her parking spot, that really wasn't necessary but she was being a friend and felt the need to speak up for me considering how rude this woman was. I was so embarrassed, I didn't even want to tell her I was going into the thrift store at that point nor did I want to give her my business, so I said yea I missed my turn i meant to come here so I parked in the empty parking lot. Clearly she's just miserable and maybe she was having a bad day but that really didn't look well for her business. Represent yourself and your store better. That was petty and you know it. To make a big deal like that when mine and your car were the only two in the entire parking lot was very rude and immature of you. You wouldn't know it but i am an avid antique collector, and i often frequent the local thrift and antique shops in the high desert ( Country crossroads being the best, very friendly and inviting staff and they always have one of a kind vintage items I never leave there empty handed). I contemplated leaving this store a review as I didn't even go inside but as I sat here and read reviews on why this store has only 3.7 stars, I came across more than a few reviews talking about how rude the workers here are. So I figured I'd contribute to the reviews if that's how they treat their community who are trying to give them business. Very over priced "thrift store " plus some items aren't priced but have signs with a price list for items . I seen the price list next to the item i wanted to purchase. I gave it to the lady to charge me and told me that the price list wasn't for that particular item . And wanted to charge me 25.00 when the price list said 4.00 . Definitely not coming back . 98% of the items are way overpriced. read more

Passed by and decided to go in it's a mom and pop shop, and the owner had some good stuff apparently goes to estate sales or auctions. She has stuff that would be hard to find in a normal thrift shop I was shocked, after something has been sitting a while or multiple items of something she puts it half price, but if you do get something off the 50% off bin you need to tell her, because I was charged fill price for something that was half off but I didn't realize it until I drove away and I don't live in the area I was passing through the city. There is a $5 minimum if you pay with a card if under $5 cash is needed. I have read reviews about the owner not being nice to minorities I can see that when I walked in, but overall she was nice enough to me and I would go back and if I should encounter any of her racist remarks I would confront her and Yelp my encounter. read more

Good place to find actual antiques and furniture. Books are a good deal at four for a dollar. One of the larger thrift stores in the area. It is jam packed with merchandise so be sure to allot some time to find all the treasures. read more

the 3 ladies working in the store are rude, they didn't even bother to acknowledge me, however when the caucasian gentleman came in shortly after me they made sure to greet him kindly. Honestly it has some nice interesting things, kinda spacious but my goodness is it overpriced , came in here with my grandma and everything was overpriced I mean, there was a glow in the dark large cylinder that had about 350 inside, and they're charging I think a dollar or 3.50 for each one?! That's insane! The customer service is ehhh could be better, they don't really pay much attention to me or my grandma given that we're Hispanic idk if that has something to do with it but there was this one nice lady who helped us with picking out a wallet read more

I'd rather leave no stars. I walked into this establishment with hope to find some good buys, but as soon as I walked in no one greeted me. I looked at the lady attending the counter to see if she'd look up at me and she never looked. I walked around the entire store and not once did she say anything. It immediately made me not want to purchase anything. The lady at the front counter walked outside to start bringing things in and I instantly walked out as well just to see if she'd say "bye" "have a nice day". But nothing. It's said to say but not friendly at all and borderline racism as she greeted an older white man as I sat in the car to write this review and watching her interaction with him. If I could leave 0 stars I would!!! It was my first time there along with my sister and we were looking to buy clothes. We overheard the lady at the register speaking to a white couple and telling them about an interaction that she had with a person and how that said person was rude to her but because he wasn't a citizen and didn't have the right to vote that she wasn't going to listen to him until he got his citizenship. That right there is a form of racism and I will not give my money to a racist.if he was rude or not his citizenship should not matter. I immediately left everything I was going to buy and took my money elsewhere. read more

I have attempted to go to this store many times and have waited for a half an hour after they're posted time to open. And finally today I was able to check it out, and yes they have some interesting things, but I really don't want to shop somewhere where I have to listen to the store owner complain to other customers about how she doesn't trust the homeless people coming into her store. And also to hear her talk so disgustingly and rude to a homeless man who was in there looking to buy a pair of shoes because she didn't like the way his pants were sagging. I would honestly prefer to find another place to shop then to listen to someone degrading the less fortunate... and that place smells like cat piss read more

I always love stopping here. Sharon is always so polite and courteous. She even let me return an item that ended up not working out for me. Full money refund. No questions asked. Sharon always goes above and beyond. She is always concerned about each one if her customers. I was in there once when this man came walking in with his pants hanging way below his knees and he looked kinda scary to me but Sharon offered him any help he may need .. Even after he began to get rude and aggressive..she politely asked him to leave out of concern for her other customers. One of the best thrift stores in town. I highly recommend it. read more

This is one of the best thrift stores I've ever been to. For one it doesn't have that usual thrift store smell. Its clean and easy to find stuff. It's more like a boutique it's pretty and homey. And the staff is so friendly. A friend of mine just got her self straight and clear from a hard time and the people that work here helped her out for an interview. She got the job. This is probably the best thrift shop I've ever been to. About a year ago I stumbled in with my girlfriend and we were blown away by not only the low prices but the excellent quality and variety of products. This place is big. There is something for absolutely everyone. So many Books, Clothing cheaper than the competition, kitchenware, furniture, CDs, Tapes, and collectibles! Beyond the product, the staff is always incredibly friendly. Beyond your run of the mill friendliness, there was even an instance last winter where a customer, who appeared to maybe be down on their luck, was just shopping around looking and the owner noticed they didn't have any sort of jacket! She was quick and adamant about finding one in her inventory that would not only fit, but keep the customer warm outside all winter. These types of people and places are rare in todays world, so if you're in the neighborhood check them out you won't be disappointed. read more

this is my favorite thrift store the staff is nice they welcome you when you come in the store and make sure you're wearing a mask they have a variety of antiques and new things everyday . Also senior veterans and student discounts everyday that's what I'm talkin about. read more
