Everything you could want for bed bath and kitchen. I love the selection, the prices are reasonable, and they have coupons . This location is clean and staff were helpful and friendly. There is a lot of parking out front. I always buy too much here, but I need it . read more

Bed Bath & Beyond - Home Decor Near Me - Upland, California

Had another great experience here at my neighborhood Bed Bath & Beyond location. Stopped in to get a few final items off of our wedding registry to complete dining sets, etc. Associate Dalia was so extremely helpful in doing some returns for me and going the extra mile to investigate an item that had been purchased off our registry without a card. She was patient with my questions and did everything she could to help me. I also witnessed her training a new employee Karina who is a sweetheart. I am glad she's on board at my local store now too! Kudos to Ashley for also going above and beyond to order me some online items to ship to my home. She was extremely friendly and did everything she could to assist me. I look forward to receiving my items at home soon! Thank you Upland BB&B for being the best! read more

I had the best experience ever at this store today. At checkout I was assisted by Tambra(my apology if I got the name wrong ),she insisted on helping me look for my rewards account on line. I found it ,and after resetting my password, she applied the coupon, and I saved over a whopping $72 ! How sweet it was ! Thank you Tambra. You made my day! Thank you for taking the time to help me safe money. You are a true Professional. BB&B is lucky to have you! May God bless you! read more

What has happened to BBB? This used to be the place that you'd go to to find that gadget that you couldn't find anywhere else. The name brands that we came to expect at BBB are gone, the store shelves aren't stocked like they used to be, and the redesign leaves wanting to get out asap! I heard that the Target CEO became their CEO and brought in a lot of Target brands. Sure enough I found same brand rug at Target for even less than the coupon. It's frustrating to shop here and more often than not I walk in and turn around and leave. This morning-2 other customers in the store! No wonder they are on the brink of bankruptcy! It's a horrible shopping experience! Bring back the old store! We wanted to shop at that one! read more

The store is closing! How sad! All the good stuff they had and the staff was always so helpful and nice.

So very sad... unknown to me, a few days ago, my $30 store credit expired and will not be honored. Shame on you Bed Bath and Beyond for stealing from the public, especially senior citizens! read more

It's often rare to see me post anything for stores. I tend to review for restaurants--food, service, parking--you know, the essentials, but I was pretty impressed by this location. The associates are actually willing to help you. I just remember a store manager walking by asking if I needed any help. Walked in hoping I could just purchase my bedding essentials and go but I realized it's a lot harder than expected. I have to admit this location doesn't have as many options as I would have likes them to have but I also see why they are limited to how much they can sell. Literally this place is filled from the floor to the top. One thing I did notice is that it got really busy at the check out fast, but I was more impressed as how the transactions went. Three people in front of me but it only took a good 5-8 minutes. Keep it up Bed, Bath, and Beyond! And as far as parking, there's plenty of space! read more

I happen to be in the area and remembered I had a couple of gift cards and I was actually in need of a mini heater. I went in, mind you I have never been in this Bed Bath & Beyond so I don't know where things are. Walked around a bit looking for the heaters. Couldn't find them so I asked an associate. All she told me was they were by the vacuums as if I knew where the vacuums were to begin with. They only have two to choose from. When I went to check out, the card reader was unable to read my gift card. I must have swiped it at least a dozen times. And the cashier told me that it wasn't working. Having worked retail myself I knew that it was something you could manually input so I suggested that to her. Lo and behold it work! Not likely to visit this location again read more

Visited the store this evening and was helped at the customer service desk and out on the floor for curtains. The two employees that assisted me today were very helpful. The employee at customer service desk was patient, friendly, and helpful. read more

What can I say, they have excellent customer service, and it's always well air conditioned in the stores, gotta love that. Most locations are the same as far as overall experience. I love their return policy, and coupons they send in the mail. You never run out of coupons because they come so often and they accept expired coupons! My only gripe and deduction of a star is sometimes when you call to check stock on an item, you're on hold for awhile. By the way you can reserve an item online and pick it up in stores, love it! read more

Bed Bath & Beyond - 20% off EVERYTHING! - Home Decor Near Me - Upland, California

Always love coming to this Bed Bath & Beyond! The manager Karen is the sweetest person in the world and so hopeful! I went in to buy new sheets and a comforter. She showed me all different kinds for what I wanted, went to the back and combed high and low to finde what I wanted & best part she even gave me a coupon because I forgot mine! She goes above and beyond to help all of her customers!!! read more

By far the best location I've been. Upland Colonies is worth driving 10 15 miles if you are not in the area. Most all of the ladies that work there know about the products and online ordering and although they are busy doing things around the store, there is someone in or within close proximity of each area of the store. The men employees have always been idiots and clearly there just for a pay check. The store is clean well laid out, great parking and safe secure location in a stand alone building rather than wedged in a strip center. It's around many other stores I shop at too. read more

I have been shopping here for years but just recently learned that they offer personal shoppers for free. I'm the woman always on the tight budget and doing everything possible to save money, even when I have to spend it. So I have never used a personal shopper before. However recently moving into a new home and decorating not being my strong suit, I decided I better take whatver help I can get. The women at the Upland Bed bath location were amazing! They made me feel like I was queen for a day. They treated me so well! Honestly I have never had so many employees be so genuinely kind to me like that in one place and go above and beyond. Yea I was like so this is what the beyond means in their name. I had never experienced that part before. They honestly made me feel like I was some kind of celebrity. They offered me water, they even let me sit down when I needed to. It is difficult for me to shop due to health issues, especially when there are no automatic shopping carts available. The staff were so patient with me. I know there is online shopping available but I like to pick out my own things, see it in person. They helped me pick out colors, themes, patterns etc. They laid things out in front of me so I could see what it would look like at home. They asked me important questions I hadn't thought of that all made the choices good ones that suited me individually. Karen was my personal shopper and I highly recommend her!!! Her attitude was so lovely, she is so welcoming and really enjoys her job. She even said so. Infact I got that feeling from all the employees there. Karen will go to every end to see you are happy with the choices and she is very perceptive...theres no fake smiles with her. She can tell if a customer isn't totally satisfied. She recognizes me everytime I go in the store too. So funny, i go to my doctor once a month and he never remembers me or whats wrong with me. KAREN IS A GEM!!!! read more

Excellent, clean, on-time curbside pick-up service! One of the best online shopping and in-store pick up experiences so far in Upland!

Bed Bath and Beyond has lowered its standards. Roxanne the manager does not know how to keep customers returning to the store. I had a gift return never been opened and with receipt and they could not even do store credit which is all I wanted. Due to COVID which actually STARTED in 2019 not March I have not wanted to come into a store to do any returns or exchanges. I do not appreciate being denied when stores like Target, Costco and Petsmart actually care about their customers. Not that it matters to Bed Bath and Beyond but my family or I will not be conducting any more business for them. read more

Poor management decision making skills.. as everyone knows.. business is not as usual.. visiting stores has been a challenge, therefore more time passes by the time it actually happens.. I wanted to exchange some curtain panels that I purchased (still new in the bags and is a full price item on the shelf) I needed the longer panels... I was hoping to exchange them for the correct size and some new bedding... management refused to allow the exchange explaining that I waited too long... (reasons the whole world knows about) due to this... I will never shop here again. read more

Went in a couple weeks ago to purchase a vacuum cleaner. Couldn't find anyone to help although it was in the morning and the store was not crowded. I found some triple a batteries purchased them...the cashier asked why I came and I told her to purchase a vacuum. She tried to help but was interrupted by a fellow employee. She took a phone call as she was on the call I paid for batteries and left...she was so busy I didn't get a receipt. I traveled across the parking lot to Target and bought my vacuum in that store. read more

Nice store, clean. I had a return from an online order and had no problems returning it. Employees very nice, friendly and courteous.

I love this Bed, Bath & Beyond. I much prefer it over the Ontario Mills store. It is clean and organized and the people are very helpful. Returns are a breeze. I've even returned sheets I had used for months, maybe even over a year, which got a hole warn in them. I had no packaging or receipt and they took them back without a problem. Their prices are not always the best, but if you have your 20% coupon it can help on big ticket items. I have also learned that they'll take expired coupons and multiple coupons. I used to think I could only use one coupon per visit. Upon my last visit, which involved a large purchase, I told them I had been trying to wait for my next 20% coupon to come in the mail, but gave up. They told me when I got it I could bring it in a apply it to a past purchase! Wow. I love BB&B!!! read more

I love Bed, Bath and Beyond. I think their prices are reasonable and they stock very good quality items. They also have the coupons which save us quite a bit of money. The last few years I've only gone to the Upland one. I have fun when I go there. The employees are always helpful and nice. read more

Nice place to buy all of your home goods from kitchen items to bed sheets. I was looking for an Aeropress single coffee cup maker. They didn't have it. Maybe the item I was looking for is available to purchase online only....blah, who knows? read more

The employees here are very helpful and friendly. They take your expired coupons. It's new and still organized for ease when you are in a hurry to get in and out. This location is organized better than the other 2 I have shopped at in Chino Hills and Ontario. read more

Worst customer service ever! I was here with my family shopping for new flatware... I asked for assistance from a lady named Karen to assist in ordering extra sets since I was well aware of what they had on the shelf... she had just helped a white couple , went out of her way to help them... then when I asked for her assistance with a smirk and attitude pointing her finger simply said .. all we have is what is on the shelf.. Where's your customer service! Be thankfull you have a job... and the worst part of it... Shes the Manager?! Bed Bath and beyond ...there are plenty of people out there with great customer service looking for a job.. and would do it with a smile... Needless to say I left without making a purchase ... Williams sonoma here we come! I will spend my money elsewhere. read more

Amazing customer service from Deborah and the store manager. They went above and beyond to assist us with a damaged fitted sheet. It is rare in retail to find someone that will go the extra step to help when you are unable to find a receipt. Thank you Bed Bath and Beyond for making your customers happy!! read more

This Bed Bath & Beyond location is my preferred store in the IE. From the customer service, cleanliness, and inventory.... all the above it's great! I've been to other locations and there is always something missing from the above. Whether it is customer service or they just don't have what I'm looking for. The best time to go is when you are able to take advantage of using your coupons. At this specific location everything is always kept stocked. There is also always an associate on the floor or nearby that is ready to help you. Bed Bath & Beyond is like the candy store or toy store of things for your house (my favorite). read more

We spent about two hours here before making a rather large purchase over the Memorial Day weekend. My partner and I were trying to decide between two sets of cookware. Mary and Katherine checked on us a few times and were able to give some valuable insight on both sets. They were a pleasure and both very helpful. We finally decided on a set, but they did not have it in store. Rhiannon was able to transfer a set they had at the Rancho Cucamonga location and personally made sure it got to Upland the next day for us to pick up. She greeted us as we walked through the door and confirmed that she had it ready for us. Excellent customer service! read more

Absolute worst customer service ever!! Wait in line to give them your items to return, they tell you to go shop for what else you need and come back to the front and they'll do the return and new purchase at the same time, only to be told you have to get back in line AGAIN to do your transaction!! Essentially making your wait time double but shortening the amount of work THEY have to do!! Imagine, EMPLOYEES actually having to work! Next time I'll ask for my money back and go across the street to Target!! Never had a bad experience here until today, I can assure you it will be the last time I shop at this location! read more

Your average Bed Bath and Beyond. I love the 20% coupons and they have nice stuff. Basic store not above and beyond, just good.

My fiancé and I did our wedding registry here a few weeks ago and it was a wonderful experience. I think our consultant was Melissa I. I know they have 2 working there, she's the one with red hair I believe. She was amazing! She helped us so much and never rushed us. I am currently dealing with a shoulder injury and she made sure I was comfortable during the process and would ask if I was feeling ok or if I needed to take a break. She made us feel so comfortable like if we were shopping with a longtime friend. Since then we have registered at other places also but they don't compare to the experience we had here. This place has the best selection! If you're going to register ask for her. Thank you again Melissa read more

I like this bed bath and beyond because it is very clean. The store is new and is well organized. You can pretty much buy anything kitchen related at this location at a reasonable price. They sell great stuff for the house too, crap you don't really need, but it makes your house look nicer. I come here often and have yet be displeased. read more

My fiance and I walked in to register for our wedding. We were greeted by a helpful employee who happily congratulated us on our engagement and walked us to the back of the store to meet Judy. We did not have an appointment but Judy set us up anyway. She was so happy to help us. She walked us through the entire store and helped us organize our registry. This store is huge and would have definitely been overwhelming without her. After 2 hours of scanning we took a break for lunch.. when we came back for round 2 of the registry process we met Miguel.the operations manager. We thought"are you kidding me?? How is everyone so nice and so happy to help?" Everyone we met were amazing and so helpful. Thank you Judy and Miguel..we will be referring lots of people to your location. Just purchased a Queen sheet set, when did linen companies start including standard size pillow cases instead of Queen? Makes no sense! I had already washed them when I realized this, to late to return them? Won't shop there again, I hate being deceived. read more

Went in this afternoon and they were out of stock on the toaster that I needed. Angel an employee asked if I needed help. He helped me look for what I needed then said he could special order it for me. I was surprised because last week I went to the store on fourth street never offered to order it for me. In fact the guy said he'd be right back to help me and he disappeared. I told Angel to please stay working there because I never have received this kind of service at a bed , bath and beyond.
