I was dying to get a pedicure after the quarantine. I called them last minute to see if they could fit me in right away and they did. They asked every customer to wash their hands before sitting down. The front desk girl was spraying and wiping down the chairs between customers. I was satisfied with the precautions taken. I got the gel pedicure with the hot stone massage, and the lady massages my legs and feet for what seemed like forever, it was amazing!!! Only thing I didn't like was that my cuticles weren't pushed back so the pedicure wasn't perfect, but I was satisfied in every other way possible. read more

Came in here on a whim and backed by several good Yelp reviews. Kim did an amazing pedicure. Great massage and scrub. My feet came in in bad shape and left looking great. Super convenient location for me with such great service I will definitely be back! Lin who I think is the manager even fixed my polish a few days later as I had put my feet into closed toed shoes. My first time here was great... this time, not so much. Will not be recommending to friends at this point. I got a pedicure from an older lady at this salon. I should state that I mentioned each of these issues to the lady as she worked on my feet . I guess I thought she might chill out a bit as she went along... nope. While pushing my cuticles back I was stabbed a few times, as she trimmed my nails my toe was cut, while using sugar scrub I'm pretty sure at least two layers of skin came off, I'm almost positive I'll have a bruise or two along the sides of my leg from the "massage" but I think they'll pair nicely with the burnt parts of my legs from the hot towel and hot stone massage.... I did mention the heat more than once and literally had to remove the towels from my legs TWICE because they were too hot. I would add that I felt rushed the whole time but in reality it helped me to escape sooner. One highlight was that Iove the color I picked out.. OPI Not Really a Waitress.. always a classic. read more

The day finally arrived: the day to REOPEN and get a much needed pedicure. I called 16 salons, literally, and this salon fit us in. We all immediately followed new rules and protocol (be ready to follow the same): you must wear a mask, wash your hands, sign in for contact tracing, sanitizer after use of pen and Shazam....you're back in the seat....six feet apart. I wanted to show her a picture of what I wanted so she could help me pick the best colors, but she wouldn't even look at my picture. This place is def on my list of faves now! They went above and beyond. I was THaT customer that walked in 20min before closing time. I wanted a pedi and a gel mani but figured I'd just get a quick pedi so I wasn't holding them up. I walked in and the owner (I believe) greeted me and asked if I wanted a mani/pedi. I said "oh I'm not sure we'll have enough time for both" he said "oh it's fine, we have time... would you like gel?" I was like ! Umm yes but it's ok don't feel obligated I know you guys are closing soon. He insisted. Wow now that alone had won me over. He ushers me over to Lee who is the freakin sweetest nail tech ever! He handed me a cold bottle of water (how did he know I was dying of thirst?), turned on my massage chair and made me feel so welcome. He worked on my nails and chatted the entire time while Kim worked on my pedi. Now Kim went all out! I just asked for he basic with Callus remover and polished up my feet makin them baby butt smooth. That's nothing compared to how she rubbed my legs and feet down. Orgasmic! Needless to say I will be back! OMG i was hoping this place was promisng but am sooo disappointed - I came in for services and was soooo disgusted to see how the owners treat their staff! she was sooo mean and talked down to them soooo much ( even though i dont look like it - I understand their language fluently .....so was able to understand the things being said ) - I felt soooo bad for my nail tech...my service from the tech was good BUT I am disgusted as to how the employees were talked to and yelled at. I had the Delixe Spa Pedicure, they used hot stones, towels, did Callie remover, etc. It was the best pedicure I'd ever had. I got a pedicure and asked for a basic due to the fact that I was not able to pull up my pants for them to do the extra stuff that was on there so I said nope just a basic. Looking for a new nail place I turned to Yelp. I was not disappointed. I got a new set, pedi and waxing. The pedi was amazing! Lee did such a wonderful job making me feel really relaxed. Great conversation but not too much. Just the right amount. Vivianne did my nails and waxing. I feel like a whole new woman. Shaped my eyebrows perfectly and by nails look great. They listened to what I wanted, very pleasant and nice atmosphere. The gentleman I'm assuming was the owner was very polite and nice to deal with. I made an appointment. I was running late so I called and they were accommodating. I walked in 5 minutes late and they were ready for me. I will for sure return. I went to this salon because it had so many high reviews. My experience was not that. The lady who did my nails kept asking me the same questions over and over, after showing her pictures, talking in detail and reviewing again and again she kept messing up the almond shape French tip. First the shape was oval. Then I said, " no not oval please, almond, like the shape I already have right now but shorter" she says okay but then all the nails were different types of almond... noticeably, some pointy, some rounded. I was very frustrated so I kept saying " can you redo this one, make it look like this one " etc. then she forgot I wanted French and dipped my whole nail, and she had to buff them down again and start over. The French lines were sharp on some and sloppy on others. In the end it took so long I could not get the pedicure. I'm not usually someone who writes a negative review, or a review at all, but this experience was incredibly exhausting for something that is supposed to be a relaxing activity. But... for a service I have been getting every two weeks for years, and I try tons of salons, this is the first time the service was notably bad. Although, they were nice. That's why I gave two stars instead of one. read more

I've gone in for a pedicure and now for a SNS manicure. The last place I went to gouged my nails pretty badly as they pushed the cuticles back so I was a bit nervous. Jen was absolutely fantastic.
