I called Sunset Glass after my shower door broke. Juan responded right away and was able to come out the same day. After a reasonable quote, glass was ordered and scheduled install. They were on time and professional, the door looks amazing and we are very happy with the results! It took one week to get it all done which was a great turnaround after researching! The business seems family run and they have a great work ethic. Thanks Sunset Glass! read more

You got the right place!! Look no further! I called five custom glass businesses trying to get some information on shower splash fixed panels and Sunset Glass was the only one that answered the phone politely, answered all my questions, and clarified my concerns. Juan gave me the estimate the next day and scheduled the work shortly after! His son installed my shower panel and it is perfect!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUNSET GLASS! read more

Juan and his team did a great job re-aligning a glass shower door in a condo we own. It's a rental property so we handled the whole business by phone and text. Juan set the appointment with our tenant. Super easy and pleasant! read more

These guys were so quick and awesome. They fixed my window the same day I called and did a great job. Don't hesitate to hire them!

Our kitchen window broke over the weekend, I found these guys online by chance. Google said they were open so I called and asked if they could fix our window the next day and Juan told me that it was no problem. I sent them our info and they came the next morning right on time, early even! They fixed the window in under an hour and didn't even need to come into the house. They were so incredibly kind and professional, I can't recommend them enough. read more

Never used Sunset before, but am impressed with Ivan's quick response and getting his crew out to fix a window. Wouldn't hesitate to call him again. read more

Same day service. Had to replace 3 panes of glass due to kids throwing rocks & neighbor kid accidentally kicking soccer ball into window. Fast, efficient, clean, & was able to provide pics/video to business to describe what needed to be done. Quote was exactly as provided. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the Pasadena area. Job well done. read more

Ivan and crew were awesome, courteous, and professional. No one likes broken glass, but Ivan's the guy to call to fix it!

Today was one of the rare occasions to meet kind and decent people. My window was not closing properly and setting off our alarm in the middle of the night. I called Sunset Glass the next morning and they arrived early of their appointed time. Then they immediately helped me diagnose the problem and fix it, and also fixed another window having the same issue. I also asked them to create some screens for me and give me an estimate for a replacement window. They did all of this within 20 min and didn't even charge me for the service call today. It was great service, great attitude, and a really pleasant experience for this sleep-deprived and anxious mom with newly secured windows!! read more

Called at 10:10am on a Sunday for them to fix my Son's bedroom window. It's 11:45am now and the job is done, 1.5 hours after I called them! Very professional and stayed true to the quote given over the phone. read more

Excellent work on a broken glass in a vintage framed glass window. They were prompt to arrive and prompt with their work! Very reasonable too. Other companies wanted to charge me $70 more than what I paid them. read more

Made an appointment for this afternoon for a very simple shower door repair. No one showed up. When I called Juan said they had never heard of me and there was no appointment. 1 star is even too much. However, Ivan called me back & set up an appointment for tomorrow. We will see. Ivan did come back today & did an excellent job! read more

The team at Sunset Glass came out to fix a broken window in my home today and they did an AMAZING job. Not only were they quick and affordable, but the team was also very friendly & kind. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'll definitely use them again in the future. read more

Very awesome job fast and very affordable available weekends highly recommend

I would give them a 0 star if I can. Our store contracted them for our storefront doors and glass windows. Since it's been raining, it's been flooding INSIDE our store. I've been calling and leaving them multiple messages for two weeks now, and no one has called me back. I used an 818 landline number yesterday, lo and behold, someone answered. The guy I spoke to didn't want to admit that they did a poor job and was blaming the outside floors. When I had tried to explain to him that I need them to come out and reinspect the job, he hung-up on me! I tried calling back, and of course, no answer! How rude! I'm thinking of reporting their contractor's license if I don't get this resolved. I hope you are reading this because it has been a nightmare trying to get through to you guys! read more

I broke a window on an old door yesterday and looked on Yelp for mobile glass people in Pasadena, read the reviews on here and called Sunset Glass. They are better than what was written. So nice on the phone, arrived right on time, finished so fast and were so polite and friendly. I will keep their number handy and recommend them to anyone. Really great people and service! read more

Impeccable service! Ivan came over the same day I called to inquire about glass showers doors to give us an estimate. We had the glass doors installed in less than a week. Excellent job! read more

Father and son team Juan and Ivan were in my home fixing my window an hour after I broke it. It cost a little extra to have it done on the spot...and I could have waited until the next day for a reduced price...but I wanted it done right away and it was worth it. Juan and his sone are very polite and professional. They also work fast, do a stellar job and then clean up after themselves. I had them do a smaller broken window that I had put off fixing while they were there and I will use them again in the future if and when I break another d*mn window! read more

Ivan was very helpful on giving me advise on new windows I will highly recommend this company to any one who is looking for any glass or window related work. read more

Wow, not a good experience. Really a disappointment.  Not sure why it was so different than the good things described in other reviews?  Perhaps the job was too small for company to care about? Sunset Glass employee did not look carefully at the window to be fixed, did not communicate well, and the job was done poorly, followed by denial and difficulty finding any resolution.   Not sure how to advise you to get the good folks at this place, we did not.  Estimate seemed reasonable (little high perhaps) but definitely not worth it based on the final result. read more

Sunset Glass installed a new frameless shower door in our bathroom. It looks beautiful. We have only had it for a couple of months and so far it is working perfectly. When I first called, they came to provide an estimate very quickly, then built and installed the door a few days later. The estimator was courteous and helpful. I was not home when the door was installed, but my husband reported a good experience. The only reason I am not rating "five stars" is that they didn't leave an invoice and I had to call them four times to get one. Also, each time I called about the invoice I asked for a quote to get the glass in the bathroom windows replaced with obscure glass and they neither provided the quote nor told me that they weren't available to do that work. read more

These are truly horrible people. my contractor suggested them to install a new shower door and mirror. They made and did not show up for three appointments. when they finally did show up, they gave a rough estimate and promised to get back to me that day with a firm estimate, knowing I was going out of town the next day. they took the existing glass doors with them, inorder to save a trip. I did not hear from them until the following week and then the estimate was almost twice what they first stated. After calling, texting and Emailing them, without success, I finally had to threaten legal action for them to return my property. They are thieves, dishonest, unreliable and flat discourteous. You do not want to to do business with these people. read more

Ivan was one of the most professional services we have ever used in Pasadena. We were in a real bind when our dog shattered a window in our house, and Ivan came over and replaced our window in less than 3 hours! This is unheard of, and we are beyond grateful for how wonderful this company is! Would HIGHLY recommend! Thank you again Ivan and see you at the dog park! read more

such an honest and humble owner. he was a charm to work with and had the best prices in town. I look forward to working with him again

Juan replaced a shattered glass sliding shower door for us a few months ago. Recently the metal framing around the glass starting coming apart. Juan gladly came back and fixed the frame around the glass for free. He even needed to head to the factory to get a replacement part around 2:30 pm, and he still came back later that same day to fix it. Outstanding service! read more

I will definitely use this company again. I called in the morning about a broken window glass and they were able to fix it the same day! Ivan gave me a quote after I sent him some pictures. The guy who came out to fix my window was super friendly. It took him about an hour and a half to fix it, from start to finish. He even brought his own vacuum to clean up! read more

Sunset Glass recently came to replace a broken kitchen window. Owner Ivan was professional, honest, experienced and very personable. While other vendors were slow in responding, Sunset Glass prompt to arrive on the site, provide an estimate and begin work immediately upon approval. The quality of work was top-notch, at a competitive price and was completed a day earlier. When you have something pressing as replacing a broken window, it's good to have a company like Sunset Glass available to answer your questions, provide an estimate, and get the job done. read more

They were amazing!!!! My nephew broke a small front window of my house. I called them at 9am to fix and by 10:15 am they had come, fixed it, and left. And they did a great job with the repair and left the repaid area nice and clean. Great customer service- they made what I thought was going to be a pain in the butt, a super easy process!! read more

Great, professional service by Sunset Glass, Ivan specifically. I moved into a "flip" with bifold doors that had been installed poorly. They needed to be adjusted and fixed in order to even get them to open. Ivan is such a pleasure to work with. He came out in January to provide an estimate, and then I had to wait for a few months to do the work, and as soon as I was ready, he came to make the adjustments. He worked over 3 days, taking care to keep everything clean, and communicating with me perfectly regarding any questions I had. Such a help. I would highly recommend these guys. read more

Kids playing outside broke a sliding windows on my house! Took it off and drop it off at sunset and had it fixed in 2 1/2 hrs

Called on a Saturday afternoon when one of the bay window panes broke. Owner called me back right away, set a time to be here on the same day and fix the problem, called me 45 mins before the appointment time to tell me he'd be early. Fast quote, professional and clean. Well worth it! read more

I called four local window repair businesses on a Friday afternoon and Juan was the only one who gave me a reasonable quote over the phone AND offered to come out the next morning to fix it! He politely called Saturday morning to confirm our appointment and let me know he was on his way. Juan and his son are pleasant, helpful, courteous and professional. They replaced a broken window pane quickly and for a very reasonable cost. While they were here I inquired about replacing a louvered window pane. They said they could fix it the same day and came back within a half hour and fixed the problem. I happily recommend Juan and his son for their quality of work, reasonable prices and promptness! read more

Go here first...glass and mirror repair. residential area. Juan cut 3 pieces of glass for the top of bureaus and nightstand protection. the next day he picked up a large heavy mirror from my house, replaced the old mirror, and delivered it the same day. Here's another BEWARE! They are nice guys BUT they did a poor job on replacing my sliding glass door, the new glass cracked after a day or two due to the bad workmanship. Juan the owner of Sunset said he would take care of it. After several calls l finally reached him, he said he was on another call and would call me back in five minutes.....That was tree weeks ago and still no call. Now I have a cracked sliding glass door and lost approximately $400 for the poor work. I definitely would NOT recommend them! read more

Great customer service and price! They replaced my window in 15 minutes... Excellent craftsmanship and clean job! Thanks Ivan and company !!
