Bobby at Pristine is a gentleman. I had a small order, we are redoing the kitchen and needed to replace one window total. Ganahl and other places in the area were charging an arm and a leg for the exact same window and were annoyed that the whole order was for one thing. Bobby welcomed me when I came in to talk to him. He showed me some options. He worked on the pricing and really treated me like he had an interest in seeing me buy something good at a fair price. My window is still on order because everything takes some time to deliver nowadays but it should arrive this week. I can't wait to post the picture of the installed window in my new kitchen. Give these guys a call and I guarantee you will be pleased with the results. read more

Needed to replace a window in our home, an old slider that wasn't very secure, so went to Pristine because we wanted a Marvin to match other Marvins in our house, and Pristine on the phone seemed more customer oriented than other places. They came out once to look at the existing window, then we did most of it over e-mail until I went in to pay for it. We didn't have Pristine install the window, just ordered it, but it was pretty painless. Window got delivered by Marvin a week or so ago and we had a local general contractor put it in. The window looks great and works great. Very painless process. read more

Pristine Windows - This was originally an old slider. Very little air movement, and not very secure. The new window is much nicer. - Windows Installation Near Me - Pasadena, California

Go see Bobby for all window and doors, high quality products sold and he is very honest and knowledgeable.

I had a Marvin Window claim to replace a window under warranty. They shipped it to Pristine windows for me to pick up. I would NEVER do business with Pristine windows. They received my window in March, and never contacted me. Marvin windows was great to work with and reached out to Pristine for me. I was given the run around about picking up my window, rude communications including not answering their phone and making an appointment, for which I drove over, only to find the place locked. I am a senior citizen and have difficulty. When I picked up the window (finally after complaining directly Marvin) no assistance was offered to me. I struggled, but got the window in my car. I hope to never do business with this place again. They do not represent the Marvin brand at all. read more

My parents replaced all windows and 2 doors at their house. They are very pleased with the whole process from design selection to construction. They appreciate the good quality Milgard products, the much improved look and very importantly the way the Pristine Windows Team conducted the work. The crew protected the furniture, floor, and the bushes outside the windows. They removed all the debris. My mother said: "Not even a bit was left in the garden". Pristine Windows Team showed up on time, they were very professional and efficient. My parents couldn't stop talking about the project. It's like new toys. We also appreciate Sejon's professional advice during the design phase. read more

We discovered Pristine by looking on manufacturer's website after getting outrageously expensive estimate from a competitor. Walked in without an appointment, which it turns out is needed as Bobby is often out measuring and advising clients at their homes. Bobby, the owner, spent a great deal of time showing us our options for a sliding patio door and explaining differences in material options. We made an appointment for him to come to our home for measurement of a French Style Slider. However, once Bobby saw the size room, he advised us to purchase the LESS EXPENSIVE modern slider as the room is small and it would allow more light and was proportionately better suited. We had Pristine staff install the door and they did an excellent job. It only took about 5 hours and they were neat and clean. The key lock on the door was not working properly (we could lock from inside but not with key) and required the manufacturer to send out a tech several weeks later. Without our asking, Bobby told us to wait until the lock was fixed before paying him the 50% we still owed. This greatly impressed us and reinforced our belief that Bobby and Pristine was a company we would use again for window or door replacement. read more

I'd have to echo all the other Yelpers - Cloudia is the best. She's efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. She was quick to respond to any questions I had. The company came highly recommended by a friend (who used their West LA branch). She said she'd never worked with any other company that was hassle and headache free. True enough! Working with Cloudia came as icing on the cake. The installation crew, led by Norman and JP, were equally awesome. Everyone was nice and very professional. They took care of everything and cleaned up well after themselves. I thank you Pristine. I love the new windows! read more

Cloudia is the best! We were looking to replace all the windows in our house, and we got multiple quotes, Cloudia was the one that took her time to answer all the questions I had since I've never had my windows replaced before. They did not come out to be the cheapest but they were also not the most expensive quote I received, but for the quality and the service I got, it was definitely worth it. We got the Milgard Tuscany series window and it was night and day in comparison to my old windows, we no longer hear the dog barking and the house does not sink to frigid temperatures anymore. During the installation, the workers came in early to cover up all my floors and tented all my furniture so no dust would get on it. They even laid plastic all over my lawn so there was no mess to clean up after they were done. Overall I would recommend Pristine Windows to anyone thinking of getting their windows replaced. read more

I had a great experience with Pristine Windows. I got my quote in June 2016. Project started in July and lasted about 3 days. Cloudia was kind and friendly to me, but she also said I was super friendly in my email. So I think it was just starting off on a friendly nature made everything go smoother. My project passed inspection, and they're great windows that keep my house nice and insulated. One bit of advice. She did tell me I was right on the cusp of their price cutoff as they're focusing more on changing windows for a whole house or large projects. read more

Wow. I'm really surprised to see all the positive reviews on Cloudia. I inquired about a project that she deemed, without enough detail, was too small for them and sent an email basically letting me know, short and not so sweet, that I just wasn't worth their time - not even worth their time to ask any follow up questions to confirm. The killer, though, was the tone... nothing friendly or apologetic - just a bland "we're too good for you" tone. My project most likely meets their "minimum" requirement, but I'm certainly not interested in working with someone who isn't interested in working with me. In the future, if I ever do have another project, I'll make sure I continue to not be interested in working with them either. Yuck, what terrible service! read more

Why did I wait so long to replace our 50 year old windows in our mid-century modern home? Pristine Windows is the place, non pushy sales, an owner with an aesthetic, good product selection, fast quote, the installation has been great with skilled employees who have been careful with the house and clean up. They did a great job of retrofitting our aluminum casement windows with same updated glass and materials. Already there is a difference - the outside noise is remarkably much quieter and the temperature nice and even. The brand we picked was Milgard and I can't believe what the new windows have done in updating the house. Don't wait, just do it and enjoy your home. read more

Pristine Windows Pasadena has excellent customer service! They made window buying easy. They are professional, detail oriented, timely, and organized. I recommend Pristine Windows Pasadena! read more

Cloudia is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She helped us to finish the project with limited amount money we have and took the time to make sure every detail is what we asked for. They finish the work on schedule as promised. Very happy with the new doors and windows i got. Overall a very excellent experience. The only thing is that I wish they could provide stain/painting for doors. Would definitely recommend everyone contact them for window/door!! read more

We live in a condominium not far from this business so based on that and all the good reviews I read, I decided get quote and meet with Cloudia. We only needed to have 3 windows and a patio sliding window replaced. First of all, I was impressed with Cloudia's professionalism, giving straight forward advise with a touch of warmth. My wife and her found shared experiences and we all got along right away. The work was done in 1 day as estimated, almost to the exact time and even slightly earlier. Their work crew were very courteous and responsible, covering all our mess with plastic sheet and cleaning up at the end. Honestly, there were some smudge marks left on some walls, but they were hard to see and any contract work will always leave some mark that you know is there since you know your place better. Anyway, not hard to take a rag to it and clean. We had to wait a bit longer for the installation since winter holidays had interfered, but there was no hurry for us. The price may be a bit more than others, but for the sake of convenience, professionalism (demonstrated by Cloudia and her workers), one day installation, business location, product quality (Milgard windows), and being this is our main residence, we decided to choose this business. Our place is quieter, temperature is more constant than before, it all looks great, and we are very pleased! read more

Mr. Bobby has been in window industry for many, many years. He is not only very knowledgeable in windows, he is also a wise man in life. He is a window pro, but could become your friend after the project is done. read more

So I called to see if I could get an estimate on a window with leaks around it that was installed 10 years ago by a subcontractor from another window vendor and they said they would not even give me an estimate as they didn't "have the records on it". I said that I was aware that I would have to pay for whatever needed to be done and just wanted it repaired or reinstalled, but they said no. read more

Cloudia and the Pristine Windows Pasadena team helped us during the window replacement process. We are very pleased with the Milgard Windows that were recommended. The Pristine Windows Team did a great job with a difficult installation in a condo complex. We appreciate the attention to detail and great customer service and will recommend Pristine Windows. Thank you. KB/SM - Pasadena CA read more

Pristine did a great job. Very knowledgeable, professional and fast. It only took about two and a half weeks from ordering to installation, which was faster than I thought. Everything was installed on the same day. They did a great job with caulking/sealants and everything looks well finished now. No complaints and I would highly recommend them! read more

Replaced front door, enlarged opening for living room window and installed new window, replaced sliding door with French doors. From day 1 in the showroom until the final day of the job this company continued to impress us with their professionalism. They responded super quick to any phone calls or emails and always had answers to our questions. They took the time to cover floors and furniture before doing any work. We will definitely be calling them back for the next phase of our remodel. read more

Met with Cloudia to discuss top of line Marvin Ultimate doors and windows for a new construction home. Shared plans, she had some good ideas and liked that they had their own install crew. Weeks go by and no estimate. I call and left e-mail messages. No response. Finally got her on the phone and she acts like I'm bothering her. Says she is busy and if I might want to look elsewhere. What? Why didn't you tell me that before I wasted all the time with you? I said I can be patient. More weeks go by and I check in once again. She finally sends an error ridden estimate containing options that I didn't want. Tried to follow up and no response. This place is a big joke! read more

The rep, Sajon, seemed friendly and knowledgeable when I first phoned to request an estimate for 15 Milgard Tuscany vinyl replacement windows. He said that he would take measurements within the next two days. At the end of the week, I phoned for an update and he said that he had not yet had time to measure. I explained that I have two other quotes and want to consider his. Upon hearing this, he said that he is too busy to give a quote. "I am running around doing a lot of quotes, and we won't be competitive anyway. We focus on high-end installations." Excuse me. Oh well, apparently he doesn't need the business. read more

So happy I walked into Pristine Windows. Having just had an awful experience with another dealer, I had forgotten what it was like to be treated with respect and care. Cloudia cleared that up in the first 5 minutes. She is extremely well-versed in her trade (more than my contractor), is VERY fairly priced, a cool lady just to hang out and chat, and she delivered as promised. Oh....by the way, my new french door is AMAZING. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was completely satisfied with the information and turnaround time of the windows. The staff even help load my windows.....and she was wearing high heels, now that's customer service! read more

I can't believe how rude the lady who answered the phone at 2:40pm 1/14/2016 is. I was trying to inquire about some Fleetwood windows for my remodeling as I found they are the only dealer close by. She basically told me that was too expensive for me to consider that as I lived in a cheap place without asking what I need and what type of house it is for. It was very insulting. read more

Pristine Windows replaced the original doors and windows of our 1947 house with Fleetwood aluminum products. The new doors and windows are beautiful and have significantly reduced the noise. We anticipate an improvement in our electricity bill as well. Pristine, Cloudia and the installation team were a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend them. read more

Reading the review, the consensus seems to be: everybody loves Cloudia. My experience with Cloudia: professional knowledge, reasonable price and excellent service. I chose this supplier at first because it was close to my work place. After the first meeting, I was very impressed and continued to work with Cloudia. Though I told her I wouldn't need the windows until months later, she was willing to spend time to work on the quote. After months of going back-and-forth the specifications, I placed order with her. The unexpected happened: my installer, who has no experience with Fleetwood windows, said didn't know how to install. Cloudia, upon my request, went to the site and talked to the installer to offer help. read more

My experience with Pristine Windows was great! Cloudia, my sales rep was a joy to work with. She is quite professional, not pushy and delivered on all she promised... and then some. Her pleasant personality and sense of humor made you feel that you were buying from a friend and not a sales person. Yet her attention to detail and covering all bases was keen and on point in every way. She even informed of and helped me with the rebate forms and paperwork. Their prices were the best, their delivery was as scheduled, and their installation crew was fast, neat, clean, and meticulous. Their four installers were professional and friendly as well. They installed four custom french doors, a window and a ledge in one day! I wish I knew about Pristine Windows & Cloudia a year before when I purchased and installed 13 casement Milgard windows with another company through Costco. It was not a good experience. Their prices were higher and their installation had many problems, and their delivery was delayed by 7 weeks. There is no comparison to the service I received with Pristine Windows. I have been renovating my 1927 Mediterranean home for 20 years - doing tons of work large and small with many contractors. I have to say that my experience with this company was one of the wisest, easiest, and best decisions a homeowner could hope for. They put the "custom" in customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great, problem free experience. read more
