He showed me some options. He worked on the pricing and really treated me like he had an interest in seeing me buy something good at a fair price. Needed to replace a window in our home, an old slider that wasn't very secure, so went to Pristine because we wanted a Marvin to match other Marvins in our house, and Pristine on the phone seemed more customer oriented than other places. They came out once to look at the existing window, then we did most of it over e-mail until I went in to pay for it. We didn't have Pristine install the window, just ordered it, but it was pretty painless. Window got delivered by Marvin a week or so ago and we had a local general contractor put it in. I had a Marvin Window claim to replace a window under warranty. They shipped it to Pristine windows for me to pick up. I would NEVER do business with Pristine windows. They received my window in March, and never contacted me. Marvin windows was great to work with and reached out to Pristine for me. I was given the run around about picking up my window, rude communications including not answering their phone and making an appointment, for which I drove over, only to find the place locked. I am a senior citizen and have difficulty. When I picked up the window (finally after complaining directly Marvin) no assistance was offered to me. I struggled, but got the window in my car. I hope to never do business with this place again. They do not represent the Marvin brand at all. read more

We discovered Pristine by looking on manufacturer's website after getting outrageously expensive estimate from a competitor. Walked in without an appointment, which it turns out is needed as Bobby is often out measuring and advising clients at their homes. Bobby, the owner, spent a great deal of time showing us our options for a sliding patio door and explaining differences in material options. We made an appointment for him to come to our home for measurement of a French Style Slider. However, once Bobby saw the size room, he advised us to purchase the LESS EXPENSIVE modern slider as the room is small and it would allow more light and was proportionately better suited. We had Pristine staff install the door and they did an excellent job. It only took about 5 hours and they were neat and clean. The key lock on the door was not working properly (we could lock from inside but not with key) and required the manufacturer to send out a tech several weeks later. Without our asking, Bobby told us to wait until the lock was fixed before paying him the 50% we still owed. This greatly impressed us and reinforced our belief that Bobby and Pristine was a company we would use again for window or door replacement. read more

Cloudia is the best! We were looking to replace all the windows in our house, and we got multiple quotes, Cloudia was the one that took her time to answer all the questions I had since I've never had my windows replaced before. They did not come out to be the cheapest but they were also not the most expensive quote I received, but for the quality and the service I got, it was definitely worth it. We got the Milgard Tuscany series window and it was night and day in comparison to my old windows, we no longer hear the dog barking and the house does not sink to frigid temperatures anymore. During the installation, the workers came in early to cover up all my floors and tented all my furniture so no dust would get on it. They even laid plastic all over my lawn so there was no mess to clean up after they were done. I had a great experience with Pristine Windows. I got my quote in June 2016. Project started in July and lasted about 3 days. Cloudia was kind and friendly to me, but she also said I was super friendly in my email. So I think it was just starting off on a friendly nature made everything go smoother. My project passed inspection, and they're great windows that keep my house nice and insulated. One bit of advice. She did tell me I was right on the cusp of their price cutoff as they're focusing more on changing windows for a whole house or large projects. read more

Wow. I'm really surprised to see all the positive reviews on Cloudia. I inquired about a project that she deemed, without enough detail, was too small for them and sent an email basically letting me know, short and not so sweet, that I just wasn't worth their time - not even worth their time to ask any follow up questions to confirm. The killer, though, was the tone... nothing friendly or apologetic - just a bland "we're too good for you" tone. My project most likely meets their "minimum" requirement, but I'm certainly not interested in working with someone who isn't interested in working with me. Why did I wait so long to replace our 50 year old windows in our mid-century modern home? Pristine Windows is the place, non pushy sales, an owner with an aesthetic, good product selection, fast quote, the installation has been great with skilled employees who have been careful with the house and clean up. They did a great job of retrofitting our aluminum casement windows with same updated glass and materials. Already there is a difference - the outside noise is remarkably much quieter and the temperature nice and even. We live in a condominium not far from this business so based on that and all the good reviews I read, I decided get quote and meet with Cloudia. We only needed to have 3 windows and a patio sliding window replaced. First of all, I was impressed with Cloudia's professionalism, giving straight forward advise with a touch of warmth. My wife and her found shared experiences and we all got along right away. The work was done in 1 day as estimated, almost to the exact time and even slightly earlier. Their work crew were very courteous and responsible, covering all our mess with plastic sheet and cleaning up at the end. Honestly, there were some smudge marks left on some walls, but they were hard to see and any contract work will always leave some mark that you know is there since you know your place better. Anyway, not hard to take a rag to it and clean. We had to wait a bit longer for the installation since winter holidays had interfered, but there was no hurry for us. The price may be a bit more than others, but for the sake of convenience, professionalism (demonstrated by Cloudia and her workers), one day installation, business location, product quality (Milgard windows), and being this is our main residence, we decided to choose this business. What? Why didn't you tell me that before I wasted all the time with you? I said I can be patient. More weeks go by and I check in once again. He said that he would take measurements within the next two days. At the end of the week, I phoned for an update and he said that he had not yet had time to measure.
