Katelynn helped me and was so incredibly knowledgeable about every treatment offered, every single product on the shelf - she had not only personally used, but could explain every ingredient/reason/benefit of using them. I was sold! The place was absolutely pristine and incredibly clean. They offered robes, and said customers could potentially use 5 services each day of the month! That's a LOT of bang for the buck. I was incredibly impressed with the entire Glo system, the membership packages, and especially, the staff. As a former Neiman Marcus couture specialist working in Beverly Hills, I know a thing or two about sales. I'm not easily persuaded into buying anything. Katelynn was so genuine, knowledgeable, and impressively professional, I was really sold. I was just blown away with the level of knowledge and customer service offered at Glo, and have to say, that Katelynn is one of their best assets. They're lucky to have such a natural sales professional. I literally walked in with a free one time coupon, with no plans of joining and left with a bag full of products and having enjoyed my infrared therapy session and aroma therapy during my level 5 tanning session! They criticized my lotion, stating "it isn't going to work" because it lacks some ingredient. By the time I start my service I'm exhausted from declining the upgrades. Today, the girl literally told me I was not going to see results from my package if I didn't upgrade. I tan easily and I've used my lotion enough times to know it works. I wish I could just come in, enjoy my membership and not be heckled every time.
