He told me to "get out" and was extremely rude to me and ignored me when I said that he just told me over the phone that he could take me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND MEAN! 0/10 DO NOT recommend.

The one thing I did not like was that I did not get a foot rub; I love getting pedicures for the foot rubs. Now my husband got a pedicure and he got a foot rub, so it could depend on who you get. Over all though, a nice experience and outcome. I will come back. Recent update: I took my nieces to get their eyebrows shaped up, and they did such great job and they both looked fantastic!! I definitely recommend this place!

Left me there without finishing my toes. I told her what I wanted and kept saying 15 dollars more for this and 10 dollars more for that. When I told her already what I wanted. She was so rude. I felt like she was talking about me. I was so mad I started tearing up because I never had someone had me feel so awful. They tried to have me stay to finish my feet. I got up paid for my nails and left. I told them they lost my business. I told them it was rude of her to have done that to a customer. Too bad for her because I was going to give her a good tip but I will keep my money and go elsewhere. I sat in my car for a bit in tears because I was so mad. Another customer knocked on my window saying she was sorry to see what happened and hoped I had a better day.

The lady giving the massage proceeded to complain about everything for the entire time. She talked about how she hates Lufkin and the drivers don't know how to merge, especially the "straight, white, men drivers". She apparently thinks that southern accent makes people sound stupid so she tries really hard to get rid of hers? This went on for the entire time. Needless to say my wife was not impressed. In what world would someone think this unprofessional and hateful behavior is acceptable at a day spa for relaxing. Everyone is entitled to their opinions and views but keep them to yourself when you're supposed to be in a professional environment. I didn't want to post a review before trying to resolve the issue with the owner. I called to talk to her and was told that she was gone for the day and would get in contact with me. Two business days later....nothing.
