The lady was trying to clean my cuticles and was a little too rough. My nail kept bleeding and wouldn't stop. She insisted that I may have some health issues and that I may be taking some meds that caused my bleeding nail. It was upsetting that she was rough and caused my nail to bleed but preceded to say it was probably the fault of my health. She also seemed like she was rushing it and didn't even let me finish the time necessary for drying in the lamp. The polish wasn't even done professionally. The surface wasn't smooth. It was as if I did it myself. I just wish she took her time to make them look better and worth the money. UPDATE (9 days later): My nails are already chipping an it hasn't been that long since getting them done. I don't think I'll be back to this place again. read more

This is my second review. I have been a total of 3 times in 5 years. I wrote a review for my first visit several years ago, then didn't for the 2nd visit as it was mediocre ; and here I am for the 3rd , and last visit. This place is not friendly or welcoming. Came in today for a pedicure. They were not busy and only one person was getting a pedi at the time. Picked my color and went to the chair; she was the same girl that did it in July. (Jennifer?). She gave me my menu and I asked her for the deluxe pedicure. This is $35. I turn on the massage chair and sit back to relax. Next thing you know, she's up to the leg massage within 5 minutes! Never trimmed or pushed back my cuticles, no trimming of skin, no oil on heels to soften before scrubbing. Basecoat, polish and topcoat all done within 3 minutes. Polish has still not dried three hours later. Whole time in the salon, 24 minutes total for $35. It was so rushed and incomplete, that I will not be returning. read more

NEVER AGAIN will I go here. All the people seemed super unfriendly and were quite snarky except for the boy who slid my card. The owner was in and shes fine just a little srandoffish it seems. My sister and I went her. I had a design on my phone of what I wanted. The owner saw it and said with the design it would be $35 for mine and my sister just got short french tips so hers was $25 which is normal. Fair enough I've payed more for better so I don't mind. Now. Tracy, she did my sisters and they were beautiful. Absolutely perfect. Mine however, was a no. The design was black with a gold ring finger and a black cross on that finger but i wanted black and pink. The only difference i asked for was color. Which shouldn't have been a problem. I showed the man who was doing my nails the design and he blew it off. He wasn't friendly at all. Didn't try speaking to me. He had started laying the acrylic down and after it had been buffed I thought maybe now he'll put the cross on it. He didn't.-.- i tried asking him but he ignored me. In the end i payed $60 for my nails. The acrylic was put on way too thick. There were deformities and no design. Plus a rude artist who doesn't know what he's doing. I actually happened to go to another salon whom I showed my nails and explained the situation. She actually took them off and put new ones on WITH GEL. AND PUT THE DESIGN ON FOR FREE. I have never wanted to go and get regular pedicures until I found this salon! I have been to others that I didn't get what I paid for, walked away with a fungus from and unclean salon, or just had poor customer service. This salon exceeded every hope and expectation. I have referred them many times and given gift certificates to friends. Love the shellac paint... lasts forever. I have had the same color without a single chip for 3 weeks on my toes. I had a gut feeling about leaving but didn't and now I'm paying for it. Unfortunately it wasn't just a bad pedicure I got. I now have an inflamed ingrown toe nail. I have had surgery in the past to correct my ingrown toe nails, which supposedly made it impossible to get them ingrown again... but leave it to Tracy Nails.. they took care of it. She cut me and as I'm bleeding she is trying to say it's my fault.. worst salon ever. Wish I read reviews before coming here. read more

I watched as Tracy clipped/pulled acrylic nails off a lady instead of soaking .. the lady kept pulling back because it hurt. Finally Tracy started using the drill to get them off.. I could not believe that she was using a big clipper/scissor to try to remove them.. it clearly was hurting the lady. If this is the way they operate never again for me. read more

I have used Tracy Nails for years. The service and care I receive there is wonderful. Johnny does my pedicure perfectly and is very kind and gentle with his senior customers. Tracy is very professional and up to date on techniques and new styles. She treats me like a queen, as she does all her customers. Very disappointed in this nail salon. Overpriced & just want to get you in & out as quickly as possible. Left ridges all over my nails, cut 2 of my fingers trying to file so fast, nails were uneven, & the line where my French manicure started was crooked. Will never go back here. read more
