We are talking -I showed up there on time for my appointment and they said too bad... The stylist had to leave. No warning, no solution and no apologies. They just said that the employee had family issues going on. If you have something important that you're getting your hair done for I would highly recommend you do NOT choose this salon. They will probably cancel on you at the very last minute and then you'll be scrambling over to the Walmart Salon which is actually way better than this place. Thumbs down!!!

I came to my appointment with the remnants of the last poor color job and explained exactly what I wanted to my stylist, Shelby. She listened and asked many questions, making sure that she understood exactly what I wanted. It was different than what she would usually do but she was willing to do what I was asking. Shelby was able to not only repair and blend the poor previous work but gave me the color I was wanting all along. My hair, which had always been healthy, is now damaged and significantly compromised after this appointment. Keeping 437$ and cuts communication of 100% I try to dispute charges through Venmo and quickly find out because I paid to her personal account and not her business account the charges cannot be disputed. The beard trim was just shaping the neck and hacking off a couple of stray hairs; probably took thirty seconds and they charged $9. Used to be $5 and that would have been high for what I got.
