When I arrived, they claimed I was not in the system or even scheduled. I showed her my call log in my phone when I called to schedule the appointment which was on July the 14th. Next to her was her husband, he asked me what number did I call. I went to my call log and read out the number I called and she told me it's the correct number. Instead of fixing their mistake, She asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment. When I said no and mentioned I would leave a honest review, she became angry, I asked for her name and she refused to give me her name, She said i'm not going to give you my name if you are going to give me a bad review. She rudely told me to leave and I'm not welcome and to never come back. After I left the salon I received a text message 15 minutes later from Hannah explaining and justifying the situation, to try and clean it up, when it was completely their fault. It was a total inconvenience for me, she didn't know if I needed my daughter's hair done for a special occasion or not. I don't live in Lufkin, it was an hour drive to get to the salon just to be turned away and upset my daughter. This was a terrible experience for my daughter and I. We expected everything to go smoothly but sadly it did not. It was a total fail. Terrible customer service, very unprofessional. I do not recommend this salon to nobody.

My hair, which had always been healthy, is now damaged and significantly compromised after this appointment. Three weeks after I pay deposit we are clearly not getting along. I decided I'd like a refund and request from Holly the $875 back. She says she will give me half but not the full amount. Keeping 437$ and cuts communication of 100% I try to dispute charges through Venmo and quickly find out because I paid to her personal account and not her business account the charges cannot be disputed.
