They criticized my lotion, stating "it isn't going to work" because it lacks some ingredient. By the time I start my service I'm exhausted from declining the upgrades. Today, the girl literally told me I was not going to see results from my package if I didn't upgrade. I tan easily and I've used my lotion enough times to know it works. They told her I'd have to email them my bank statement to get a refund. But I wasn't guaranteed my money back. Well I know that if it were some one or someplace else they would have given me the email address and tell me the same nonsense that was told to her. NO, Instead she insisted the situation be handled differently. I guess you could say "she had my back". She wasn't rude to them she just stated that it was wrong and that I shouldn't have to go thru all that drama. We are talking -I showed up there on time for my appointment and they said too bad... The stylist had to leave. No warning, no solution and no apologies. They just said that the employee had family issues going on. If you have something important that you're getting your hair done for I would highly recommend you do NOT choose this salon. They will probably cancel on you at the very last minute and then you'll be scrambling over to the Walmart Salon which is actually way better than this place. Thumbs down!!!
