They just said that the employee had family issues going on. If you have something important that you're getting your hair done for I would highly recommend you do NOT choose this salon. They will probably cancel on you at the very last minute and then you'll be scrambling over to the Walmart Salon which is actually way better than this place. Thumbs down!!!

Both techs working on us made irregular clipping on one foot for my friend and me, didn't follow directions or requests, seemingly from language barrier, but it was obvious some nails were cut poorly and filed irregularly.
