Went there today. Man that did pedicure was holding his dog, then put him behind him on his stool. Worst pedicure I ever got! He didn't even show me the menu of options. I was in and out in 30 minutes, he hurt me several times, had zero reaction when I said, hey, that hurts. I have been to 3 nail places, and a few hair salons, all I can say is Texas department of Cosmetology needs to inspect the salons in this town, they are all dirty! The rude man that showed me nothing on a price list charged $50 for a painful and super fast, and ugly pedicure. Anyone around this town care about customer service, and cleaning? read more

I selected a color from the color wheel. That is not the color used. I think they see a shade of pink selected then go get any pink they have...not even close to what I chose. The pedicure procedure and outcome though, very well done. Next, a shellac manicure. Still using a shade of pink....not what I selected but a shade of that color, we began. Something used in the Shellac process caused a severe allergic reaction in my fingers. My fingers burned and itched so severely that I needed Benadryl...which I did not have. Never experienced this reaction to nail products...EVER. Again, the outcome was excellent...in a shade of pink I did not pick. Afraid to go back because of the SEVERE reaction to an unknown and obviously inferior product used in the Shellac process. Beware. Bottom line: Colors not accurate and products used in process seem to be inferior. Outcome excellent but a scary process to get there. Not for me. read more

Came in to get a full set & my toes done. I was prepared to be there a while but no where near as long as it took. When I got there, I was the only customer in there. I would have definitely given 1 star, but my nail technician nailed my ombré acrylics and they were exactly what I wanted. HOWEVER, I had to wait about 10 minutes before he started on my toes because he was looking at his phone. When he was working on my toes, he kept stopping every like 30 seconds or more frequently to play Candy Crush. It look twice as long as it should have if not more. I also felt like it was pricey for what I got- especially considering the lack of professionalism. There really is no excuse for someone playing a game on their phone while you are paying them to do a service. I will not be back. read more

I came in to get a pedicure and walked out in PAIN! Before walking in I had no issues with my big toe, no ingrown- nothing hurting or anything. The man who did my pedi cut my toe and made me bleed- the whole time I was sitting there I was in so much pain and kept telling him I was bleeding and he said it's fine it's fines- NO it's not fine! I was fine before I walked in now I feel like something is stabbing me! To top it off, he scrubbed my foot so hard with that cheese grater both my heels are in pain. I woke up in the middle of the night due to pain on my big toe and heels. I am in so much pain it's unbelievable how much pain I could be in after a pedicure! My feet were perfectly fine before stepping into that place. Never again! Update: 3 days after pedicure I'm still in a lot of pain and I'm going through Neosporin by the tube! Praying I don't get an infection on my big toe. My toe was cut deep on the top corner, now it is bruise all along the edge is the toe nail. So the 7th time I've been here and after my 6th I said I wouldn't be coming back. They rush the pedicures and for what I'm paying for, I expect to get a good pedicure. I spend about $55 including. Tip for the signature pedicure. The last time I came my massage was 7 min, this time it was 5 minutes. I time the person doing my massage from the moment they start rubbing after they have put the oil on. I like the Decor and the complimentary drink, crackers, cheese and grapes, but that's the extent. I will now be driving to Houston to get better pedicures, since Nacogdoches nail salons have no competition to do better for themselves. read more

This place is usually pretty consistent and busy. The nail techs play attention to small details for the most part. I think they're a little pricey, considering a basic pedicure with nothing added on or special paint requests is $25. If they weren't as expensive I would probably come here more Often. read more

I have been getting pedicures for 20 years and had probably the worst pedicure/service of my life here. The salon was crowded, but they sat me right away. When the nail tech began, she was clearly rushed, aggravated, careless, and trying to do the pedicure as quickly as possible. She barley touched my toes, and when she was trimming my cuticles she was being very aggressive and careless with the clippers. I asked her if she could be more gentle, that the jabbing was painful, and her response was "that's not true." She massaged my feet and calves for maybe a combined 90 seconds. I know they were busy but I would have much rather had them ask me to wait or come back later than give me such an awful experience. read more

Just moved from dallas. Was recommended by a few people to try this shop. Worst ever. A man named "diamond" was responsible for this bad nail job. Didn't moisturize around fingers. Didn't even touch my cuticles. Left polish and other adhesive/chemical all over my hand and didn't clean off. read more

They do an awesome job when it comes to pedicures! I am constantly going to get pedicures so I won't get ingrown toenails. I hadn't been able to get them done in a few weeks so I went to Nail 2000. The technician spent her time to make sure dig out the sides of my nails, it was a little painful but it was well needed. I had bruised my nail so the technician offered to do a design and she did an awesome job hiding the bruise. It is a little hard to understand your tech's as they are Asian, but it's worth it for the quality. read more

I was not impressed and won't be returning. The place was very busy but that was expected on a weekday at 4:45p. After waiting 15 minutes for my shellac manicure I finally got seated. Because they were busy my manicure felt very rushed. The gentleman kept telling me to"relax my fingers" multiple times like I was a child. Which I have never had manicure before and that's never been a issue. A couple of my white tips are not even completed across the nail. The nail I did notice when I was there (that was horrible) and asked him to fix he seemed irritated by request. My "massage" was prob less than 3 minutes and my arms were coated in baby oil/lotion when I left. It cost me $35 and I left a $5 tip...which I don't know why. I won't be returning. read more

Just moved to the area. I tried out this business today. It is a very busy salon and, as a walk-in, I had to wait about 30 - 40 minutes for my actual services. However, during that time they had me soaking for my pedicure in a massage chair, so it wasn't all that bad. A long wait may possibly be avoided by making an appointment. The same person, Tranh, did both my pedicure and nail fill. He did a great job! I was happy with both and will definitely go back. The staff here was also very nice and it was a good atmosphere. They are opening up a beautiful new section of the salon in about a week that will accommodate even more clients. read more

This is a beautiful facility! It is a house that was turned into a nail salon. Really nice and relaxing atmosphere, with probably 25 pedicure chairs and 10 manicure chairs. I was shown to a chair as soon as I walked in for a pedicure, although I did wait about ten minutes in the chair for someone to come. The menu by the chair looks like they have drinks, even a large selection of alcohol on the weekends. I'm not sure what that's about but I'd like to find out! Unfortunately I didn't even find out about raspberry tea because no one asked me if I wanted anything :( My pedicure felt rushed and very basic for one of the higher price points in Nacogdoches. I think my tech was sick which made him less than friendly. Poor guy! Overall, I'd say look for a better deal because you'll get the same product. I got my nails done last week and they were awful! I had to buff two huge bumps out of them, you could see my previous color on the sides and worst of all the guy took my Apple watch off, flung it on the table and I'm still trying to get the nail glue off of the face. I will never step in that nail salon again. read more

First visit was great. Avery have me a thorough, relaxing manicure with Shellac. Second visit was similar to first but this time I had her do mani and pedicure with Shellac on both. I need my brows waxed and Avery had someone else do the waxing. I left there with burns on both eyelids. I wrote it off as a lesson not to get that done there again. Today was the 3rd and final visit, my normal nail tech Avery was not there. I had shellac removed from my nails, manicure and buff, no color. Pedicure with shellac. Manicure was nothing close to a traditional manicure, no hand massage, no cuticle trim, etc. Very rushed, no pampering! Pedicure was the exact same way. Shellac light was broken so she had to get another along with an extension cord. $73.00 later!!!Avery is a good tech but prices are ridiculous for the service provided today. read more

Hello fellow yelpers! My mother went here and she got a powder set, she paid $60 asked for long acrylics and they didn't let her. He ended up burning up her nail to where to it was hurting badly for a few days. She asked for a specific design and he didn't know to do it and tried to do it and the design came off 2 days later. Let's keep in mind my moms acrylics came off literally not even a week later, it came off 4 days after she got them done! This is just horrible, $60 for her nails to not even last a whole week?? I highly do not recommend if you want to get acrylics, I would say try the one in the mall and VIP Nails. Don't waste your money on Nail 2000, find another place. read more

Every time I come in I have to come back in for them to redo my nails either it's because they don't put the top coat on cleanly, the color of the nails yellow (in a day or two and I don't smoke!) or they crack or chip. They are very unfriendly and I feel very uncomfortable coming in. I will be finding new nail place. read more

Waited 45 min before someone got assigned to me for the pedicure. That was okay as the chair gave me a much needed massage. The lady had to repaint my big toe twice as she was having trouble putting on my flip flops. Then it was like I was forgotten after getting my toes fan dried. I could've walk out without paying. I indicated on the sign in sheet I needed a manicure, too. Another person was assigned to me. She was not a happy camper as I needed the full set removed and put on clear polish. The only reason I got that full set was because of the wedding. She took them off but was not thorough with trimming my nails evenly and smoothly. She didn't polished my nails as good as she did on my left hand. With my OCD, it nerves me looking at my right hand especially the thumb. read more

I've been here many times and have always loved it, but this time was sub par. The pedicure and manicure were both very rushed (and the salon was not busy). My heels are still rough and he did not even clean under my toenails. My fingernails are not trimmed evenly, there are rough edges, and the cuticle on one of my fingers is bleeding. He is extremely rude, and appeared to have an attitude BOTH times he did my nails; he does a very poor job as well. Great nail salon but I do not recommend Dimon. I am new to Nacogdoches as a freshman at SFA. I am from a suburb of Dallas. I get my nails and toes done every 2 weeks because my toes are proned to ingrown corners. I was very disappointed in the 10 minute pedicure I received at Nails 2000. I had to go to Julia's Nail Salon just 4 days later because I was in so much pain to get a mini pedi. Acrylic fill was okay on finger nails. I will never go back to Nails 2000. Cannot recommend anyone go there. Also I called 2 hours before I went and a lady took my name and number for a specific time and when I arrived, they had no record of my calling. At Julia's the tech discovered a piece of clipped off toe nail was left in the bed of my toe nail, that revealed why I was in such pain. Go to Julia's! read more

Currently sitting in the salon. It is a house transformed into a nail salon. It is very dingy and old. I recommend anyone who lives in nac to drive to lufkin to get their nails done. I would have gone to Houston instead. I'm getting my pedicure now and it lasted all but 25 minutes. Their price for one pedi is expensive verses the quality they give you. The leg massage is not bad but the lady was a little rough. The polish on toes wasn't the best. But I'll live. I got a gel manicure. And it was not the best either I have some polish around the skin and she missed the bottoms near my cuticles. The ending result, I got a hand massage that lasted 30 seconds at max. read more

This place is never clean I've gone a few times hoping it would be better. They are rude when they do your nails. I got the manager doing my nails it took me 3 almost 4 hours to do my nails I was going to get a pedicure as well but that did not happen. If you have 6 hours for a mani pedi sure go but I will not be going back. Plus when she was doing my nails she was t paying attention and cut the cuticles up pretty badly. Made me bleed 3 times. Filed my nails down real low. And I wanted shellac and she put acrylic on my nail and then it was $60! I came in there wanting to spend maybe $30! Will not be going back in there. I'm a local and I've been coming here for years. Let me start by saying that I didn't understand the level to which Nac nail salons have sunk until I recently started dividing my time between here and Houston. Today my normal technician was out so I made an appointment with another tech. When I checked in (5 minutes early) I was told she'd be 10 more minutes, which is their standard answer to everyone. After a 25 minute wait I was told she'd be another 10 minutes when I asked. I walked out 8 minutes later. I'm sure they won't miss my $45 every two weeks but I just can't do this place anymore. Even my normal tech (seriously, I've been with her 5 years . . . Before she even came to this place) has started getting sloppy. It's easier for me to spend my money at the very lovely salon in Houston where nobody rushes and things are done correctly than to spend locally where things are rushed and crappy looking and the sanitary conditions have started to become questionable and they babysit the owners kids all the time. I'll stop now before it becomes ugly. Just find another place. read more
