I made my initial appointment and the week before that appointment, I received a call from the office that they had to cancel because the woman who did the laser hair removal had walked out and they had no one to replace her at the time. I proceeded to make a few appointments after that and each time as the appointment was approaching I was called and told that they had no on to do it. They then told me that they would call me whenever they had technician again. I never received that call. Several months later I became pregnant and was unable to do the do them, however the spa still had never called me anyways. I am now trying to book an appointment to start the past packages and am being told that they have expired. When I told her that I had appointments scheduled for months in a row that were cancelled by the spa, to no fault of my own, and the form I filled out in 2021 online when I bought the packages said nothing about an expiration date (I kept screenshots for my records since I was spending several hundred dollars online for these packages), she said there was nothing they could do. This is very unprofessional and they have basically stolen several hundred of dollars from me as I was never able to use a single appointment due to their spa canceling on me.

I ended up getting a lip flip, and one syringe of filler, spent $45 with jadeclub & the payment plan. I was out of there in time to make it to work at 8. I am so happy with the results, I felt almost 0 pain and they look great. I didn't even experience bad swelling or pain once the numbing wore off. I bought laser hair removal that I believed had no expiration. I was told this was a "true lifetime…read morelaser" and could come in for touch ups when the hair grew back. Now the company is saying my sessions have expired because I didn't come every 6 months, and it says that no where in the contract. I believe this is a breach of contract and a failure of consideration. I had a deeply disappointing experience with transformations owner. Stacie's behavior was aggressive, dismissive and showed no concern for customer satisfaction. Not only did she not honor the contract. She makes up baseless reasons to terminating contracts once she has your money. There's high employee turnover and they regularly cancel appointments that have been scheduling months in advance.

I drove two hours to go to them because they had good reviews…read more However, 2 hours in the chair, lots of pain, 2 weeks of bruised swollen painful black eyes, and when the swelling and bruising went away they did now match, had gaps, smudges and lines were not straight. Drove two hours for my touch up appointment. She made a few passes and then her machine "broke". She said she had ordered another one but it wasn't going to be there until Monday. (Why did you let me drive 2 hours knowing your machine was questionable) and yes she knew I was driving two hours to get there. Also, during this second appointment she had he husband come hold me because "I was blinking" and she tried to do something she called lifting the ink to clean up her lines from before. It was clear she knew she messed up. I was so upset with the whole experience I found someone else to go to. For starters they took one look and she she messed up bad. I was in their chair maybe 10mins and had absolutely no bruising except where she had worked earlier that day. He had no problems holding my eyes. I now have to go back to the new person a few times so they can do cover up and clean up her mistakes. JUST DON'T DO IT! Don't trust the good reviews.
