They can't give you an actual quote of the procedures you are scheduled to have. When they call to confirm appointments the day in advance they will give you a quote for visit that is nowhere near the original quote price. All of my tests and procedures were dragged out over 4 months. Dr Pinto recommended a surgery to remove a septum that I would have paid out of pocket $5000. I backed out last minute, had second and third opinion and turns out I didn't need the surgery at all.

I even called the front office to check if they forgot I was in there. Last time I was here, they forgot to do a specific key measurement that I needed. They offered I come back the next day. It has been over an hour from my appointment time and I am still in the waiting in the waiting room while people who got here after me are being called back before me. I realize it can be busy but this fertility center lacks professionalism and communication with their patients.

I had a biopsy taken in Dr. Schaus' office, by Dr. Schaus. She injected marcaine, which is a…read morenumbing medicine that is long acting, but takes longer to numb the area. She proceeded to do the biopsy BEFORE the local had time to work. I told her it wasn't numb, but she proceeded to do the biopsy even though I was coming off the table with the extreme pain she was causing me. It was totally unnecessary.
