I bought laser hair removal that I believed had no expiration. I was told this was a "true lifetime laser" and could come in for touch ups when the hair grew back. Now the company is saying my sessions have expired because I didn't come every 6 months, and it says that no where in the contract. I believe this is a breach of contract and a failure of consideration. I had a deeply disappointing experience with transformations owner. Stacie's behavior was aggressive, dismissive and showed no concern for customer satisfaction. Not only did she not honor the contract. She makes up baseless reasons to terminating contracts once she has your money. There's high employee turnover and they regularly cancel appointments that have been scheduling months in advance. read more

I love Transformations! Great deals and sweet knowledgeable staff. I got the lifetime laser and yes... they did away with it, but I've definitely got my moneys worth out of it. Price per treatment the laser is a great deal here. I love the micro-needling and BioRepeel combo. I don't understand bad reviews here, but I get people more often leave reviews when they have a bad experience than when they have a good one. Do not let the crazy deals persuade you to give this scam artist any of your money. I bought a lifetime laser package that was advertised as "pay once and never pay again... even for touchups", but the owner, Stacey, terminated my laser because "my hair is gone". I can assure you my hair is not completely gone even after regular treatments for the past 4 years. (Approximately 45 treatments, and I still have hair... That 10 treatment package isn't going to do anything for you.) I have also become aware that there were periods of time when the laser machine wasn't working, but Stacey instructed her laser technician to not cancel appointments because the machine was still making noises like it was working and "how would the customer know". It seems like there's new staff every time I go in because she can't keep employees. I wouldn't stay either if my paychecks were bouncing, the landlord was changing the locks due to non-payment of rent, creditors were calling my office trying to collect my boss's debts, and I wasn't being provided with the basic necessities to do my job because they're "too expensive". Basically, when Stacey gets in a pinch, she runs specials to make some quick cash. The deals seem great, but she doesn't honor her commitments after she has your money. (Not to mention the services don't actually work.) It's only a matter of time until this ponzi scheme catches up to her and shuts her business down. My experience at Transformations Medical Spa has been extremely disappointing. In 2021, I purchased a lifetime laser hair removal package which was advertised to include treatments for five areas with unlimited visits. Toady, I was shocked to learn that my package was terminated because of a supposed contract I had signed, requiring a visit every 12 months. The problem is, I never signed such a contract, and this was confirmed by the receptionist who I spoke with the second time I called. She freely acknowledged that there was no such document on file and was kind enough to send over a copy of the forms I had in fact signed. This blatant dishonesty in an attempt to deny services that I've paid for has left me bewildered. Despite multiple attempts to contact the owner for clarification and resolution, I have received no response. I did however, receive a notification stating that she had viewed at least one of my messages. To make matters worse, I was only able to use the package six times due to their constant unavailability for appointments, often being booked months several advance. This quickly became extremely frustrating, (especially since I was told I would need 30+ sessions to see a noticeable difference at my first appointment) and is the reason I eventually chose to take an extended break. A few weeks after my last unfortunate appointment and esthetician reached out to me and let me know that the hydrafacial machine was fixed and offered me more services or the option of a full refund. I'm not really sure what I think, I paid for a special Radiesse (Model needed package) I paid $675.00, the owner told me it was 2,500 to 3,000 normally and it would be 3 to 4 Syringes and I let her know it was for the face, so when I get there on the date I was scheduled the girl that does it knew nothing about me coming because she hadn't trained on the face yet, (not her fault) the owner had scheduled me, I was mad it's kinda hard to schedule around a job but I rescheduled, when I went back the owner wasn't there the girl that does the Radiesse took me back and pulled out 1syring and I said the owner said it would be 3 or 4 syringes and she said that's crazy that's to much, so what I'm trying to say is, there is absolutely no change I paid regular price for 1 syringe but lied to about getting a wonderful special, I sent a messenger message to the owner and let her know how I felt and I saw where the message was read but never replied to, I didn't want to write a review but after no answer I felt I needed to because I'm angry and needed to vent, the girl that did the Radiesse is very sweet I don't blame her, now I see why Rami left. I also have a eyeliner certificate I bought months ago that I don't think I want anymore but they don't give refunds. read more

Dont believe the fake reviews! Thanks to the greed and lies of Stacey Mitcham and the complete disregard of her supervising physician, Abdul Baluch to monitor her behaviors, my body is forever disfigured. Mitcham falsely advertises that HIFU is a safe procedure that tightens skin. It does the opposite. It heats up the skin, stretches and ages it, and causes permanent damage and apoptosis. Fat in our faces makes us healthy and attractive. I will now continue to suffer the consequences at work, and in my personal life. This machine is so dangerous and can only be used to hurt people. Approximately 4 weeks after my hair fell out, due to the thyroid damage the HIFU machine caused. I had nerve damage to the face and neck from the HIFU machine which caused pain, and asymmetric smiling and talking. Thankfully, with the help of steroids, and God's grace, my nerve damage seems to have healed. However, the loose skin and fat loss is permanent. The fat in my neck and face completely died off leaving me skeletal and sickly in appearance. I also have pain in my neck due to the lack of fat in it. The fat started to die off slowly for 18 weeks. I have spent $9,000 in an attempt to appear less scary with hyaluronic acid fillers from a board certified plastic surgeon, who agrees that this machine has no aesthetic use that he is aware of and is used for cell death. This business is unethical and is ruining people's lives. Run away! read more

Top notch!! Stacey micro blades my eyebrows and Kim did some laser hair removal and I couldn't be more pleased with their service as well as my results! They were both so professional and courteous...which is essential when doing hair removal in the unmentionables!! I felt 100% comfortable and their laser treatments are completely painless..no joke!!! I have had laser treatments done elsewhere in the past and I didn't return because it was too painful. I don't mind their laser at all!! Stacey is so artistic and my eyebrows are perfectly natural! You have to be careful who you allow to tattoo your face or micro blade because it's permanent....
