I believe this is a breach of contract and a failure of consideration. I had a deeply disappointing experience with transformations owner. Stacie's behavior was aggressive, dismissive and showed no concern for customer satisfaction. Not only did she not honor the contract. She makes up baseless reasons to terminating contracts once she has your money. There's high employee turnover and they regularly cancel appointments that have been scheduling months in advance.

I got a call the morning of his appointment day stating they had consulted with their doctor and don't think they can treat him due to his disability and lack of pain tolerance! I told them I was disappointed and that they should not assume someone with an intellectual disability has a low pain tolerance. I told them his brother has the same disability and a VERY HIGH pain tolerance. He didn't even complain about a huge abscess above his molar! Caught it with a panoram X-ray. I made my initial appointment and the week before that appointment, I received a call from the office that they had to cancel because the woman who did the laser hair removal had walked out and they had no one to replace her at the time. I proceeded to make a few appointments after that and each time as the appointment was approaching I was called and told that they had no on to do it. They then told me that they would call me whenever they had technician again. I never received that call. Several months later I became pregnant and was unable to do the do them, however the spa still had never called me anyways. I am now trying to book an appointment to start the past packages and am being told that they have expired. When I told her that I had appointments scheduled for months in a row that were cancelled by the spa, to no fault of my own, and the form I filled out in 2021 online when I bought the packages said nothing about an expiration date (I kept screenshots for my records since I was spending several hundred dollars online for these packages), she said there was nothing they could do. At this time, I can only speak for the Massage Therapists, but what I've experienced to date has been excellent. Beds are heated and comfortable, linens are clean and fresh, music and lighted can be adjusted as requested. The monthly membership plan is a great value. I especially like that the free monthly service provided with the membership can be upgraded and can be carried over to the next month if need be. Additional services in the month are deeply discounted for members. The membership is for one year (12 free services) and is a real bargain compared to "gift pack specials" offered by other spas in Longview. After a year and stacking up credits from not being able to make time to go, I called to cancel. There was no problem there. They said you have 8 credits to use because you have paid. I found out they expired 60 days after I canceled... grant it, I ALREADY PAID FOR THEM. I would not recommend ANYONE doing this unless you truly have time to do them monthly.
