The office had dark stains on the carpet that looked like blood and there were electrical outlets with no covers and wires sticking out of the walls. The midwife was not knowledgeable and she was quick to prescribe medication before running any tests. On one occasion the office staff actually discussed my medical condition with me, which I'm sure is against some type of HIPPA laws. I've heard great things about midwives and I was looking forward to delivering my baby under their care. I was very disappointed and I would not want my worst enemy to use this provider.

The main reason I chose this wellness place is because they had an office in kilgore. They said I…read morecould make an appointment at the kilgore office but when it came down to it they said it must be at the Longview office. So just to get in I agreed to the Longview office for the first time since it was required. I finally had an appointment that took over a month to make because I had to get the paperwork and over the phone nonsense finished before the appointment could be made. There were multiple text messages and emails confirming the made appointment. Then as I'm on my way to the appointment (which I had to take off work to do!) the office calls me and says the provider I would be seeing isn't going to be in today! They called less than an hour from the time of the appointment to call and reschedule! I asked if there was anyone else I could see since I had to take off work to do this and all they said was no. There was no reason as to why the provider wasn't going to be there so for all I know they could have made me a useless appointment during the vacation time of this provider! I won't be going back since there are plenty of other places to choose from. This office is so unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend going here if you have other responsibilities because they sure don't care if you had to take off work to be at the appointment!
