He advised me, in recovry, that it appeared to be a uterine fibroid that had just grown in a strange place. It was difficult to dissect and the surgery had taken longer as the benign growth had spread in different directions. I was sent home with a drain and a catheter. On my first post op visit, my drain and catheter were removed. I dressed and met him in his office. He then told me, without looking in my chart or reading the pathology report, that my growth was something entirely different from a fibroid. It was something I did not want either. I asked him to open my chart and read my pathology report. He became noticeably irritated and argued with me. I insisted he open my chart and show me. He finally did and guess what? It was a normal everyday fibroid. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone.
