She did not rush me as I looked through the palettes of color choices, did not push me to get fake tips or other extra things added to my service (like some places did for me), took her time doing my nails, and was understanding and repeated herself when I couldn't understand her. When she asked me if I liked the color, she made sure I wasn't settling and just saying yes (I appreciated that). The lotion massage at the end was the icing on the cake.
