If I could give this place 0 stars I would, pls do not come here! I called over the phone to ask if they had availability and the man told me yes and he could take me as a walk in, I was only 3 minutes away and came into the establishment and which he told me I would have to wait 2 hours. I then sat down to wait and started to call around to see if I can get in anywhere sooner since I had to be at work at 5. He told me to "get out" and was extremely rude to me and ignored me when I said that he just told me over the phone that he could take me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND MEAN! 0/10 DO NOT recommend. read more

I noticed how beautiful my insurance agent's nails were and asked her where she got them done. She told me Pro Nails. My daughter (from Houston) and I wanted to have a "girl day" and decided to try them out. We called ahead to make sure they weren't too busy to take two appointments and they welcomed us in 15 minutes. The place was clean and we were immediately greeted. We were called back within a few minutes. Everyone was VERY friendly and personal. We were offered drinks. I got a bottle of water. My daughter declined. The massaging chairs were heaven. Not too rough, good quality, and in good repair. The pedicure I got felt amazing. My technician spent considerable time on the massage and used the perfect amount of pressure for me. Because my daughter was having her nails done, they timed it perfectly so we would both be done at the same time. My daughter got short tips put on and opted for the "dip" style of acrylic. It requires less filing and is thinner, resulting in a more natural shape. She LOVED the results. The experience was not only what a spa pedicure should be like, but the results were just amazing. The polish is durable and smooth. No bubbles here! Their prices are perfect, but for this kind of service and results, I'd gladly pay more. This establishment has two new loyal customers. read more

The owner is a hot head. I made a 5pm appointment with Linda this week for a soak off and gel manicure. When I came in, the owner insisted on peeling my acrylic set off with another nail tip. I told him no bc I wanted to retain length and not to risk damaging my nails. He insisted and said that my set was already loose although I knew it wasn't. Feeling rushed, I allowed him to do it as Linda stood and watched on. The first nail came off but guess what, the length went with it. I looked, he looked, he apologized. By the time he got to the last nail, it felt like he was ripping my actual nails off. He took the nail tip, very quickly ran it under my thumb nail and sliced my actual nail in the flesh area. I felt it and immediately told him that it hurt. Before I could say anything else, he took his clippers and clipped what he thought was acrylic only to realize that he was clipping flesh. My nail began bleeding to the point where he had to apply ointment to get it to stop. Fast forward, he still charged me for the take off. It's 3 days later and my nail is hurting progressively. There is a literal hole in my nail and it's peeling and hurting more. I just called and asked for a simple refund for the takeoff only for my peace of mind and was told no. My daughter and I went in to get our nails done! They did a terrific job on both of our nails! The picture is of my nails! I had them soak off some solar nails (I didn't even want, that were from another salon) then I asked them to do dip nails overlay over my natural nails with painted French manicure. I love, love, love this place! I came in stressed and left out so relaxed! I definitely recommend them! read more

This is the place to be! I really hate going to crowded nail salons. I'm going there to get some relaxing peace! And this salon is MY FAVORITE in LUFKIN because they are exactly what I'm looking for! Tiger (cute and entertaining man once you get to know him) is really a pro at doing his job. He told me he's been doing it for years! So I trust him for a good set of manicure. Angel is the sweet one, and is perfect for sensitive nails since she is very gentle! She also does a great job on waxing my brows! Makes them look clean and natural. I can tell they are a hard-working couple, and that's what I like to see in our society today. It's not all about money, it's about SERVICE! read more

I called early in morning got an appointment for the afternoon. I show up and I'm not on book so they go ahead and prepare for me then the other appointment for that showed up. I've never had a pedi finish in 20 minutes. I get pedis's because my heals get so thick with dead skin. He would not remove it saying it would hurt. I told him that's why I get them to remove the dead. He would not do it. I'm thinking because he had to hurry with me to get one on books done. Still will not be going there ever again read more

Over charged for my manicure and rubbed a sore on the side of my foot while buffing. I told them three times what design I wanted on my toes and they still did not give me what I wanted so I just gave up. This nail salon is very cramped as well. read more
