I was charged $75.00for plain French tip with coffin cut with no designs. They tried to say my nails were super long and they were medium length. The owner is very rude and disrespectful. Everyone one in the shop "saw" us....the woman in the back was too busy eating to be bothered. She was asked by another employee to "refile" the nails of a previous client.... Nails are filed and painted. Workers talked around me and pointed at me when talking to each other!! Not a comfortable feeling! The employee that was sitting at the front door when we arrived didn't like the simple request for a manicure. No one offered us water until we were about to leave. Everyone else was offered a drink when they sat down. Not welcoming! I would have spent more on spa pedicures if the customer service would have existed! Treat people nice. Kind of a narrow pathway of pedicure chairs and manicure tables. Pleasant atmosphere, nice workers. Very clean! Stuck very well to appointments. I'll say this again, very nice people. The one thing I did not like was that I did not get a foot rub; I love getting pedicures for the foot rubs. Now my husband got a pedicure and he got a foot rub, so it could depend on who you get. Over all though, a nice experience and outcome. I will come back. Recent update: I took my nieces to get their eyebrows shaped up, and they did such great job and they both looked fantastic!! They always do a great job on my nails. Very friendly and courteous. Usually there isn't a very long wait even when they are busy.

Take my advise skip this place. I needed my nails removed and the manicurist proceeded to rip them off without soaking or even trying to file them down. When I grimaced to the absolute pain and asked her to file them down a bit she rolled her eyes at me, filed them a little bit and then continued with her "treatment". Today my fingers are swollen and all of my nail beds are inflamed. After the torture she had the nerve to charge me $10 for her services, needless to say we will never go back. read more

My first time ever going to a nail salon. Jade did my nails and they turned out amazing and I was very happy. It's a little over priced but worth it at the end. Overall Jade did a great job! I was excited to go again the second time but I wasn't very happy with the service. I got an older man. He didn't file my nails well, he was going really deep into my skin around my nails, my pinky started to bleed and I told him to stop but he kept going. I asked for ombré but they turned out more like French's tips. One of my nails broke the next day and within a week they began to come off. Overall, I wasn't happy with his service especially still having to pay full price. read more

The FIRST time I walked into this salon in 2020... I witnessed employees fighting & cursing at each other. I immediately left & that should've been my sign to never return. Nonetheless- I was being optimistic and tried them again (2022) & I am SO disappointed!! I was charged for a shellac pedicure and my toes are anything but that. This is definitely gel polish with a top coat. I didn't notice it upon leaving, but when I got home... THEY NEVER PAINTED MY PINKY TOE ON MY RIGHT FOOT!!!! So I paid $65 for a half ass job. I will never return to this place. I don't recommend anybody going here either unless you're ready to be disappointed. I would give 0/5 stars if I could. read more

Favorite nail salon!!! I have been to countless nail salons for my ombre nails and each one was a disappointment. I originally chose this location for the first time due to their great yelp reviews and have never been disappointed. Kevin was awesome! BEST ombre nail ever. He paid so much attention to detail, my nails were slender, natural, even, and PERFECT. I have never gotten so many compliments. Ok update!!! I love Dianna! The owners mother! She was amazing. My nails are top notch and she was more than accommodating. She was so sweet and my nails are straight out of a Pinterest post! She listened to exactly what i said. She nailed it. And my pedicure was great today. I love the color and the massage was great. I will be back in 3 weeks to see Dianna guaranteed. Usually I have a great experience with this business. However, yesterday with my deluxe pedicure my water was cold when asked to warm it only a small amount of warm water was added it got cold really quick. The supposedly hot rock for the massages were almost cold. The hot wax has barely warm enough to melt the wax and there was not enough in the bag to even spread to my cold toes. WORST NAIL PLACE EVER!!!! First I called to get an appointment she said we are not busy come in I walked and waited for 40 minutes to get my nails and pedicure done. I waited it out and was fine... but now getting my pedicure After sitting in the cold water for 40 min my pedicure then began... Didn't give me a massage or put lotion on my legs when i was getting a pedicure and I asked can I put lotion on my legs since you didn't do any and didn't me a massage. She gave me lotion and then said you don't remember massage because you are pregnant and tired and you can't remember. After the horrible experience from the pedicure I decided to get a manicure which I said nail polish only she then started to do gel and said it's $30 after I said I just wanted a regular manicure and then she said 24 and then I said no you said it was 20 and rolled her eyes at me and said AGAIN you are pregnant and tired and don't know what you're talking about or can remember.!! I have never had such horrible service ever in my life. and then I came home and my nail polish is peels off after I told her there was a bubble in it and she said no there wasn't. read more

Staff are friendly however my nails looks horrible. The nail technician painted my fingers and didn't clean them up. I got a gel manicure and the polish didn't cure under the light so when he painted the top coat in it came off. He tried to fix it and now one finger looks matte. I pointed out the issues to the owner/cashier and was still charged full price. My nails also weren't filed down smoothly so I will have to file them on my own. read more
