I got my first set here back in May within two days, 3 Nails broke I thought maybe it was the Nail Tech so I came in again a June to get my Fourth of July nails within one week two more nails broke. I came in tried a third lady within 24 hours. My nail broke so I came in to see if they would repair it. I came in on a Monday and was told I would not be able to get it fixed one Nails until that Thursday. I do not recommend the salon unless you like walking around with missing Nails.

I recommended you all for a wax to one of my family members and this is how she came home. Those aren't burns, this is actual skin pulled off her face!!!! When she called back, they offered her money off her next appointment. Who wants to come back? The majority of her face is like this. There's no way you all didn't see that her skin on those strips as you were ripping. This is a mess and she deserves a refund.

"Ombré" nails by Nancy at Le Nails

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! YOUR SATISFACTION IS NOT GUARANTEED! The owner, NANCY, did my nails. The coffin shape photo is the example I showed, but what I got was nothing like the example (see photos). The ombré was horrible and did not blend well at all. I explained to her that I was not satisfied with the quality and asked her to fix them. She jumped up and started yelling at me saying that is the best she can do. I asked if someone else could fix it and she said no, she is the best. She was not willing to fix anything and said my only option would be to soak them off for $20 or pay the full $65. I was appalled. This was the worst customer service I had ever experienced in my life! I arrived at the salon around 2:30 pm to soak off my previous set of nails for a new set. However, I didn't leave until after 6 pm, because I was forced to pay to soak off the nails in the salon after she refused to fix them or she would call the cops!! You've been warned!! The owner only cares about money here. The customer is never right and your satisfaction is NOT guaranteed!! Plus this place is extremely dirty! Take your money elsewhere.

I decided to get my eyelashes done for the very first time. A friend of mine has hers done in Palestine and they look amazing so I when I saw lashes advertised on the window of Le Nails, I decided to give it a go. What a DISAPPOINTMENT and total waste of money! I've applied lashes myself before, and I did a better job that two women who work in a salon and apply lashes for a living. I was nervous about the procedure, most worried about a possible reaction from the strong adhesive. A technician piped they've "never had a customer have a reaction." That relieved me and I decided to proceed. I was escorted to a small room in the back, where I laid down on a doctor's-examination-type table with my head on a pillow (case wasn't changed, no sanitary paper laid down). The tech showed me a photo on her phone of a customer and asked me if I liked her lashes. I told her no - those lashes were much too think & way too long. Very artificial looking. I told her I wanted thinner, more natural looking lashes. I'm blonde - Kardashian lashes don't look natural on me. She said "Ok. Natural. Not so thick or long." The tech had me scoot toward her & then spent the next 8 minutes getting everything ready on the table next to my head. About 5 minutes in to the application process she asked me if my eyes were feeling itchy. I did have a mild itchy feeling, but I think it was due to the sensation of the lashes being applied, and it passed. She started applying my lashes at the tear duct end of each eye, working back & forth from eye to eye. She had me open my eyes at one point, and the first thing I noticed was that I could see the eyelashes. She wasn't even halfway finished yet, so I didn't say anything. The application process took about 20 minutes and was virtually painless. The only discomfort I experienced was the two times she glued an eye shut and once when she added a lash cluster too low & scraped my eye - she repositioned and all was fine. When the tech gave me a mirror to see the end result, I immediately told her "They don't match!" She also left black adhesive on the corner of both eyes & the bridge of my nose, which I worked to remove. She disagreed on the lashes not matching, saying they looked good, looked natural. I showed her how thin the left lashes were compared to the right, and how chunky & noticeable the adhesive was on that eye - she said she couldn't see the difference, and that she felt the right eye looked better than the left. ?!?! The tech announced she would get her boss. A younger woman came in, had me lay back down and spent another 10 minutes working on my lashes with a Popsicle stick & another instrument while the two women prattled on in another language. I honestly thought the boss lady was adding lashes to the thin eye and thinning the lashes on the thick eye, but when she handed me the mirror again everything was exactly the same as it was before I laid back down. I looked in the mirror, looked at both women, looked back in the mirror. Boss lady said "You put on lot of eyeliner, and eye shadow, lots of eyeshadow, make it look good!" The whole point of getting lashes, I thought, was to eliminate the need to apply eye make up. Our family experienced a horrible tragedy in June, and I haven't been able to wear eye make up because I cry several times every day. I don't wear eyeshadow, and haven't worn eyeliner in months. I had hoped getting my lashes done would lift my spirits & allow me to regain a little bit of the "me" that I've lost. But no. I gave up trying to convince the women the lashes didn't match (and were still in my line of vision), paid and left. After I got home I took photos and sent them to several friends & my sister. Everyone said the same thing - "They don't match!" So, $ down the drain, I removed the lashes less than 2 hours after having them done. If you're going to have your lashes done, don't waste your $ at Le Nails. Find a place that knows what they're doing and respects their customers.

    Like, what is this even?

I asked for a basic shellac manicure and this placed butchered it. Do not go here. It's conveniently located in the mall and the service is fast. But they do a shit job on your nails.

Fast, very friendly and they do a great job. I've since moved from Lufkin, but if I ever was there again this would be the place to go.
