They only have one person who can do designs per the front desk girl. If I had known this I would've made sure to book her OR just not booked at all. The front desk needs to explain this to the customers because I know this isn't the first time this has happened. Also if you're booking to get your fingernails done they don't ask if you want a full set or just a basic manicure and they will just book you as a manicure. This definitely could have been avoided especially since I literally asked just to made sure we were all set before hand and they specifically told me we were all good. I won't be back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If I could rate them a 0 I would. Thanks for messing up my Mother's Day gift!!!

Over all though, a nice experience and outcome. I will come back. Recent update: I took my nieces to get their eyebrows shaped up, and they did such great job and they both looked fantastic!!
