The lady giving the massage proceeded to complain about everything for the entire time. She talked about how she hates Lufkin and the drivers don't know how to merge, especially the "straight, white, men drivers". She apparently thinks that southern accent makes people sound stupid so she tries really hard to get rid of hers? This went on for the entire time. Needless to say my wife was not impressed. In what world would someone think this unprofessional and hateful behavior is acceptable at a day spa for relaxing. Everyone is entitled to their opinions and views but keep them to yourself when you're supposed to be in a professional environment. I didn't want to post a review before trying to resolve the issue with the owner. I called to talk to her and was told that she was gone for the day and would get in contact with me. Two business days later....nothing.
