im not one to come on here and make post like this but i just left two tone nail spa and i am SO disappointed. my last experience here went well so i came back. the older lady that works here did my nails and they are thick especially my right thumb. i asked her to fix it and she "did". the older man that works here did my pedicure and it felt so rushed. i got the wax, hot towels, and massage and from start to finish it was roughly 30 min. when i checked out i accidentally threw away the receipt and the older lady got upset with me and told me "no no why would you do that don't do that". i explained to her it was an accident. it was $110 and i would not recommend coming here! read more

Every visit, Ive had wonderful service...from the youngest little girl helping me figure out the credit card machine, the little boy smiling sweetly as he swept, the technicians that alway create the cutest designs on my toes. If I could give this place zero stars I would. When I first walked in it took then 20 min to greet me and when they did I asked for a full set of acrylic. Just the regular power kind, not the polish. They immediately had me sit in a chair and then proceeded to have me wait for another 30 min even though there was only one person there and five other employees. Once they finally decided to wait on me they tried to hassle the price up to $60 for a regular acrylic set! I finally got them to go down to the price on their wall that was $30. The employee I got was an older gentleman who proceeded to call my fingers TOO FAT FOR COFFIN TIPS!!! Not to mention that they use the same tools for everyone and don't clean or dispose of them in between customers! There was still nail clippings where he seated me! I knew I should have left right then. But I let him continue to work. Once he was done he told me to go wash my hands and I thought that afterwards he would remove the excess color off on my fingers right? No. He decided that since I got a darker color to make up an excuse and say that that is how they were supposed to look. My 3 yr old could have done a better job of doing them! I literally had to ask him 3 times for him to clean them off and he seemed mad that I would even ask that. After that he got this attitude with me saying things like, " I've got other people to take care of so are we done here?". By that point I was livid so I said, "Sure, we're done here". And went to pay, he then proceeded to try and charge me $50 for the crappiest pair of nails I've ever had! I literally left there with acrylic still on my fingers and they're crooked as heck. Do not go here. I am a cosmetologist and it is not clean here. They used to be great two years ago but have recently gone downhill. They have an unlicensed child working here as well. Salon is not sanitary, save your money and go anywhere else. read more

If I could give it zero stars, I would. One, my nails look like crap. I literally showed them a picture of how I wanted them painted, and they kept saying the didn't understand. They finally "understood" and began painting them, and did an absolutely horrible job. Not only that, but it was so bad that my nails were chipping shortly after I left the salon. While they were painting them, the lady paid no attention to detail, and left my nails looking a mess. I pointed it out, and she got an attitude and told me she didn't have 20/20 vision and left it like it was. I also received a pedicure. While it was enjoyable, again, my nails looked a mess, and they were just solid white. How you mess that up, I'm not sure. When all this is over and it's time to pay, I ended up being over charged. I received the 25 dollar pedicure, and they said my nails would be 30 for an acrylic set. By the time is all said and done, I paid 70 dollars. That doesn't add up at all. They also need to learn how to clean, and also need to remove the 13 year old that was doing nails. Pretty sure that's grounds for them to be shut down. read more

I've been going to this salon on and off for over a year now. I've never been the one to complain...until now. So I went to get a refill and was placed with the old man. Now I've had an issue with his work in the past but never complained about it. This time I picked out the colors I wanted and when he started the color was green and not like the one that is on display. I figured it would get more blue with more coats. By the 3rd coat it was a sea foam green and then my accent color was a bright pink. It looked horrible. I understand that's due to manufacturer error. He offered to change the color so I agreed. He began doing it and his wife started yelling at him and then the entire staff started talking about it. She said to just put it on top of the original color. So by the time it's all said and done I had 6 or 7 layers of nail paint that is clearly caked on. I felt extremely embarrassed in a salon full of people staring at us. Also, the shape of my nails were all crooked and not properly rounded off. Anyways, after paying I'm headed out the door but get stopped by the lady in the front. She asks to see my nails. I say yes and she asked if I liked them. I said no and immediately felt more embarrassed. She asks for me to come back and she will fix it. Well I agreed and I came back to get even more embarrassed. The old lady that is the wife asked me to come back because it was busy..I wasn't in a rush and never said I was. I live in the country 20 min away so I said no. She then told me it was my fault and I should have said something on the 1st layer...but no color looks good on the 1st layer...I told them that was unprofessional and it wasn't just about the color. Well they repainted and the guy that did it said I had a bad nail that should have been changed. He goes to take it off and redo it, but gets told not to. So knowing it was messed up, they didn't fix it. Now the paint is fresh and it still wasn't put on properly, my nails are crooked, and I got even more embarrassment. The only one trying to help and probably prevent this review was the lady in the front. Professionalism is key when you are providing a costly service. You don't yell in front of clients, you don't tell the customer it was flat out their fault when they are the professionals (I'm not), and you don't embarrass your client in front of a salon full of people. I will never go back and will be going to Nails 2000 from now on. read more

Highly recommend! Ask for Leigh. She is fantastic! She takes the time to get your manicure perfect. I get tips, and they lasted over 5 weeks, looking great. I was also very pleased with the pedicure. The services are a good value for the money because they last and keep looking great. Thanks for being such a welcoming family business and for treating me and my friend like valued customers! the lady cut my toe open with dirty tools and yelled at me not to come back. as my foot bled for over thirty minutes, i held tissue on it. the lady did not care and insisted she wanted to leave to go home even though my foot was still bloody. the nails were not even painted well. over all i didn't appreciate the way they handled the situation or what happened to my poor toe. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My nails are splitting off from the cuticle because of a soaking method they used to remove them the last time. I have gone there for 3 months with no problem until the last time they changed the way they did them. The owners husband could not be more precious, but Vickie the owner was so disrespectful when I came in and asked to have them removed and then another time on the phone when I gave her a chance to make it right. I am appalled by not only the service, but the fact that my nails are infected and they took zero responsibility. I'll be getting health services involved and filing a report so this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

I went here one day because it was close to where I needed to go after. I usually get SNS and they claimed they have it. They don't! Don't be fooled by their "SNS". They just put gel on top of acrylic clear and then tell you get is bad for you. The pedicure I received was very rough. They guy cleaned out my nail bed for 10 minutes it was okay until it started to hurt. They did not do a massage and the usual scrub that they message you with the one that has the beads in it was extra! I've never heard of that! The massage was okay it wasn't great. Overall I would go back to Hannah's and ask for Tom again over this place. Someone in my family recommended it. I don't understand why they go here it is terrible and the service is even worse.
