I was afraid I may not be able to be serviced since I get off work at 6, but I was seated right away. Tracey was the one who served me, and I'm very pleased with the outcome. She did not rush me as I looked through the palettes of color choices, did not push me to get fake tips or other extra things added to my service (like some places did for me), took her time doing my nails, and was understanding and repeated herself when I couldn't understand her. When she asked me if I liked the color, she made sure I wasn't settling and just saying yes (I appreciated that). The lotion massage at the end was the icing on the cake. I definitely will be coming back here next time.

The pedicure tools were sealed in a sterilized pouch and opened right in front of us, which gave me complete confidence in their sanitation practices. We were pampered for well over an hour with a relaxing soak, exfoliation, hot towels, hot stones, paraffin wax, massage, and all the little extras that made it feel like a true spa experience.
