We are talking -I showed up there on time for my appointment and they said too bad... The stylist had to leave. No warning, no solution and no apologies. They just said that the employee had family issues going on. If you have something important that you're getting your hair done for I would highly recommend you do NOT choose this salon. They will probably cancel on you at the very last minute and then you'll be scrambling over to the Walmart Salon which is actually way better than this place. Thumbs down!!!

She listened and asked many questions, making sure that she understood exactly what I wanted. It was different than what she would usually do but she was willing to do what I was asking.
