In what world would someone think this unprofessional and hateful behavior is acceptable at a day spa for relaxing. This review is for the Lufkin Tx location...the whole service was horrible the lady that permed my…read moresons hair fucked it up and left pieces hanging everywhere and I paid for the cut and she didn't even edge it up it looks like shit...and then my daughter got a trim and the ends of her hair dyed and it looks horrible... there is pieces that dosen't have any hair dye on them and we sat there almost 6 hours and they left the dye on her hair for almost an hour....its unexceptible and then they charged me extra money when I paid and I talked to 2 different associates and they both quoted me the same price but when I checked out it was an upcharge and the lady that walked up to check and see if the lady ringing me up was charging me correctly is the reason why I had an up charge and she argued me down that she talked to me on the phone and no one told about an upcharge and you could see on her face that she was guilty she was sweating and arguing with me when I know what I was told...so will not be going back the service is horrible and a lie...be honest on the phone and when I o go to pay to upcharge me and then lie saying you talked to me because obviously you didn't because when I called no one said their names and I witnessed sitting there for the almost 6 hours that when the phone was answered the name was giving....will never give my money to a piece of shit company like this ever again and I paid a lot of money of cheap shi...I left very unhappy and my kids as well...maybe good far a cut but dark hair color or a perm for men hell no!! I don't recommend at all
