‼DO NOT RECCOMEND‼ I…read morecame in with a clear vision of wanting to lighten my hair and shared reference photos with both Macy and Holly. They both agreed on a plan, and Macy worked on my hair throughout the appointment, with occasional check-ins from Holly. Unfortunately, the end result was far from what I expected. Rather than informing me upfront that achieving the look I wanted could compromise the health of my hair or result in an undesirable yellow tone, they proceeded without offering any alternative solutions or honest guidance. My hair, which had always been healthy, is now damaged and significantly compromised after this appointment. For the $300 I spent, I expected a much higher standard of professionalism, communication, and care. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for lightening services unless they're willing to risk damage and unsatisfactory results.

Three weeks after I pay deposit we are clearly not getting along. I decided I'd like a refund and request from Holly the $875 back. She says she will give me half but not the full amount. Keeping 437$ and cuts communication of 100% I try to dispute charges through Venmo and quickly find out because I paid to her personal account and not her business account the charges cannot be disputed. No doubt she probably knew that would happen. Zero services were give, no contract signed. Lost $437. I feel robbed and scammed..

I have not been having a good experience and made an appointment at Salon Haven with the hopes of finally finding my go to stylist. I came to my appointment with the remnants of the last poor color job and explained exactly what I wanted to my stylist, Shelby. She listened and asked many questions, making sure that she understood exactly what I wanted. It was different than what she would usually do but she was willing to do what I was asking. Shelby was able to not only repair and blend the poor previous work but gave me the color I was wanting all along. Shelby was very meticulous in her work, I could see she really wanted to do her best. I would absolutely recommend Shelby for color or cut.

We are talking -I showed up there on time for my appointment and they said too bad... The stylist had to leave. No warning, no solution and no apologies. They just said that the employee had family issues going on. If you have something important that you're getting your hair done for I would highly recommend you do NOT choose this salon. They will probably cancel on you at the very last minute and then you'll be scrambling over to the Walmart Salon which is actually way better than this place. Thumbs down!!!

My hair was cut by a wonderfully kind woman who took one look at the goofy picture I showed her (the haircut I had in it that is) and she produced a better version of it from memory. She was great at keeping a conversation going, and without any of that forced small talk you get at a great clips.
