I called to ask why the doors were locked if the sign on the door and Google both said open till 8pm. Whoever I spoke to claimed they were at max capacity........ im not happy with them deciding when they want to lock the doors. With Sunday being Easter, there was a sign on the door that stated they would be closed Monday 4/21/25. I will not return to sports clips.

My hair was cut by a wonderfully kind woman who took one look at the goofy picture I showed her (the haircut I had in it that is) and she produced a better version of it from memory. She was great at keeping a conversation going, and without any of that forced small talk you get at a great clips. The inside is small, and they don't accept cards as payment, but I have a feeling that Johnny's will start getting more business very soon. I won't go anywhere else in nac to get my hair cut now.

They only have one person who can do designs per the front desk girl. If I had known this I would've made sure to book her OR just not booked at all. The front desk needs to explain this to the customers because I know this isn't the first time this has happened. Also if you're booking to get your fingernails done they don't ask if you want a full set or just a basic manicure and they will just book you as a manicure. This definitely could have been avoided especially since I literally asked just to made sure we were all set before hand and they specifically told me we were all good. I won't be back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If I could rate them a 0 I would. Thanks for messing up my Mother's Day gift!!!

‼DO NOT RECCOMEND‼ I…read morecame in with a clear vision of wanting to lighten my hair and shared reference photos with both Macy and Holly. They both agreed on a plan, and Macy worked on my hair throughout the appointment, with occasional check-ins from Holly. Unfortunately, the end result was far from what I expected. Rather than informing me upfront that achieving the look I wanted could compromise the health of my hair or result in an undesirable yellow tone, they proceeded without offering any alternative solutions or honest guidance. My hair, which had always been healthy, is now damaged and significantly compromised after this appointment. For the $300 I spent, I expected a much higher standard of professionalism, communication, and care. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for lightening services unless they're willing to risk damage and unsatisfactory results.
