    Update: Got Ford Corporate Involved, still refused to fix the A Pillar. Their tech told the manager it needs a new part, their manager said that the part and the condition is still acceptable. Guess how much the part was? $60. They lied to me saying that their store policy to return down payment on vehicles was 21 business days. That is a lie. Under california law dealers are supposed to return the downpayment on a vehicle immediately!!! STAY AWAY.

    Nothing, crickets, no call back. On top of it all the floor mats are missing, and the identified damage was never repaired. My guess is they wait you out the 4000 miles dealer warranty so they do not have to do the work. This business was recently purchased so hopefully it gets better. I think they need to get rid if anyone who does not return calls within 24 hours and that means speaking to the customer not just calling and hanging up.

    I went to buy a Bronco today and Leo went above in beyond. He went all the way to North Hollywood to pick up the trim I wanted and made the whole experience easy. I felt welcome and well taken care of! If you need a new car o highly recommend you go talk to Leo!

    Just recently leased a 2025 Mach-E, and worked with Nene. She was great and very patient!

    Perfectly fine tail light with no crack.

    Had an appointment to sell my truck and agreed on a price. Came in today after a one hour drive. The service department made up a story that there was a crack on the left tail light. It was a totally made up crack and was zero damage to the tail light that I saw or the service representative that was with me. They make you drive to try to negotiate a way lower price cause you're already here. Avoid the sales pit like the plague unless you want to lose time and money

    The owner is a Proud Pathetic Bully. That alone should say enough. His favorite word is NO and he…read morethrives on it. I was purchasing a part that was still on the vehicle, as they were removing the first part I was requesting others on the vehicle. Never once did I say, "I don't want the first part." Somehow the owner told the employee that I didn't want it! Just so the owner could approach and tell me that I must pay for it first. (Yeah you think?!) That was only 30 minutes in of the two hours I had to wait and all parts were still far inside the yard! To then be told they were incapable of removing the bolts from the floor that's holding the seat. Think.. something so simple... Heck if a dismantler can't get a couple of bolts off. Being that it was hard to believe, possibly it was about timing, and I only needed the front seat pillow extender and backrest but had to purchase the entire seat which I was perfectly fine with that. If customer service meant anything to them, think about all the options here. So I asked if I could stop by tomorrow/Thursday? He said NO, I asked, "What will you be doing with the seat? He said, "Throwing it away!" Can't help but to wonder if he does drugs at night and goes through withdrawals during the day; prime personality. Everything could be going smoothly, and he'll have the desperate need to turn it around. The word No is in his blood. Sympathize, pray for him and for the ones that must deal with him on a daily basis or save yourself the trouble besides, at All Auto Parts their prices are extraordinarily high and instead stop by one of the many neighboring auto dismantlers. Completely ignore any apologies in the reviews, that's just a coverup and I say that from the depths of my being. I'd understand if I was being harsh, demanding or rude. I'm soft spoken, get along with everybody.
