It made me super nervous, and he told me he only took me there because I was 18 and my parents aren't strict. I didn't pay this place $680 to get forced on a date with some random middle-aged man. When I asked her what she meant by special, she said I had a problem with the "payment plan" because I said that it wasn't much of a payment plan. She told me "Well it works for a lot of people, if it doesn't work for you, you can find another driving school". Here's their "payment plan", you can put down half the money before the first driving lesson and then need to pay the balance "five" days later" before the final driving lesson. Really a five-day payment plan, give me a break. When I tried to book an appointment online (before I called) the website states there are NO appointments available. I checked every day for the rest of this month (August 2022) and next month and got the same message. When I told her about it, at first, she acknowledged that there is a problem with this on the site but that there is plenty of availability. And then later recanted and said, oh she didn't know the online booking wasn't working and she'd look into it. When I asked her about the "waiver" she literally said that she is NOT supplying these right now as her printer isn't working...............Seriously, you're running a driving school and you can't/won't print the waiver. So then I asked her if she can't print the physical copy to provide to the client, does she at least send it to the DMV to show proof that the student has met the requirements for a driver license. She said she doesn't do that and doesn't know of any other driving schools that do this either. Helloooo, what line of business are you in again? I have no idea how O.P.A. Driving School Services has gotten such good reviews prior to today or even how Lorena still has a driving school, as she doesn't even seem to know the business of driving. Oh, I also forgot to mention that LORENA is the ONLY driving instructor they have at this time. Did you read what I said earlier, "there is plenty of availability"...... You own a driving school, you are the ONLY driver and you have plenty of availability.........things that make you go hmmmm?

He had Ben S. as his instructor and he couldn't stop raving about him. Ben was so knowledgeable, honest and patient with him. It was such a great experience for him as a learned driver and for us as parents. Well worth the investment to do the gold package as he felt so comfortable with Ben on the day of his test. Thank you Ben for all your time with our son. We appreciate so much and highly recommend this program to all teens who are learning to drive.

I signed my daughter up for the most expensive training program. After completing it, and some…read moreadditional hourly drives, she was still not comfortable driving. Since I was a loyal customer, and my daughter still needed a lot of work behind the wheel, I asked if we could have a small discount on our next hourly session. To my surprise, they said no. I took my business elsewhere and within 3 hours my daughter finally understood how the traffic lights in Arizona typically flow and how to turn left on a flashing yellow. NControl isn't bad. But if you're wanting the best, this isn't it.

NControl Driving School was excellent for my teenage driver…read more I was referred to NControl by friends and co-workers who used them for their teenagers and had nothing but great things to say. I loved Nikki in the office. She was my first impression to NControl and she is AWESOME! She was very informative and could relate to a new teenage driver being on the road. Nikki got my teenager enrolled and we were off and driving pretty quick. We were able to schedule our lessons ahead of time so long as my driver was doing his "homework" between lessons. The driving sessions are 2 hours long, which is (was) long for a teenager, but we built up to those with several 60-90 minute sessions at home. The skid pad day was fun as it actually rained for a little bit giving the drivers some wet conditions. All of the instructors were very patient and professional, but I have to say Chuck was the favorite as my son had him twice for lessons. If you are in the east valley and need a great driving school, NControl is a no brainer!
