My husband and I both have large trucks and my teenager really didn't feel comfortable driving either when he first received his permit. I found the package that would best fit our needs on the website. Ten hours in car driving with them administering the DMV road test with the last lesson. After paying for the lessons they send the recipient an online gift certificate. Booking online was a breeze. Photos and times available for each instructor easy to maneuver. After three lessons the instructor did state my son needed some more in car driving practice prior to booking his last lesson / road test. After each lesson the instructor emails a report on what needs to be worked on before the next lesson. Both instructors my son had showed up on time and were personable and answered our questions. So easy having them pickup at my home. Pricing competitive to others, but priceless in my book. Driving with these men gave my son the confidence he needed behind the wheel. Totally recommend and we didn't have to stand in line at DMV.

I simply stated I didn't see that anywhere in the email, and that I could grab cash at the ATM next dooor and be back in 2 minutes. Upon that time the Instructor came out yelling and screaming at me saying I'm late and unprepared. At that moment I replied and said bro I tried to call yesterday like it says on the email and no one answered. The instructor became irate screaming in my face I'm not your bro if you want to talk that gun talk I'll beat your ass as he put his hands in my face and pushed me out the front door. overall I would never suggest this terrible place to anyone instructor is violent and will flip a switch at any moment

I had something come up that caused me to need to re-schedule as I had something come up that caused me to miss the 2nd half of my course (which their competitor doesn't seem to have a problem with ALL VALLEY WIDE T.S.S. http://www.vwtss.com/faq.html). They were not answering the phone number listed and have not called me back despite leaving several messages. I even emailed them and no response. I've now scheduled with another company and paid an additional $120 to complete this process. I understand it's not their fault that I needed to reschedule, but clearly, other schools are more accommodating and flexible, and hopefully communicate better as well. Update 7/14/16: Sean called me back after posting the review today and offered to reschedule the course. He said he was on vacation, and that this is why he did not get back to me sooner. Unfortunately, the reschedule falls outside of the times I am able to work with, but I am updating my review to reflect his efforts to remedy the situation (from 1 star to 3). I still say that Dr. J was fantastic.

They provide you with the required service for probably cheaper than any other location. But more important than money is time. No one wants to suffer through these classes. They are a nightmare. But, i can honestly say i enjoyed taking class. Instructor makes all the difference. A bad one and you want to blow your brains out as you sit through a class as the time drags on. My time flew by relatively quickly. It takes a great instructor to make a court ordered class, that you had to shell out a bunch of money for no less, tolerable. And more then tolerable I can honestly say i came away characterizing this as a positive experience

With each driving lesson, he grew more and more proficient and confident and I could tell that using the Institute for Drivers Safety school was the best move we could have made. Both Jon Love and David Wiley were excellent instructors. We will definitely be using this school again for when my youngest is ready to take the wheel. Highly recommend!
