Do not waste your precious time waiting until the 16th of the month to even try to sign up for courses. I was told to call at 10am on the 16th of the month and I could sign up with the office person. I wasted 2 weeks and a half hour of my time waiting to sign my child up for a course, and was told at 10:30am that all the intermediate courss were full and there was only 1 novice course was available. The phone was busy or was forwarded to a completely different number for a half hour, then when my call was answered at 10:33am, I was told the courses were full for the entire month of July except 1 course, which was not the right course for my child. The person who answered the phone was so rude and condescondescending. I told them when I called the office 2 weeks ago, I was told to call at 10am and if they only started answering how did all of the courses fill in 3 minutes. When I asked how all of the courses could have filled, they said "Do you reall want me to explain to you?". They only open their phone lines at 10:30 and all of the courses were filled by returning families. They played the "I don't know who you talked to 2 weeks ago" card, then continued to be defensive about their flawed business model and terrible customer service. Maybe if you are a returning family, this place is decent, but if you are not a returning family, DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME with a phone call or any further research on this company.

5 stars for location & teaching style…read more This business is located about 10 minutes from the DMV office. Although class is from 8-4:30, you must be there at 7:30 AM in order to register. The class size is small, so the instructor is able to engage the students. Although I was required by law to attend Traffic Survival School in person, I learned things about driving that I had never even knew existed. So, I gained new perspective. The method is a mix of lecture, workbook, and video. If you don't speak English (well), they can still work with you. (While I was there, an instructor was working with new Americans from Africa who only knew broken English.) After class let out at 4:30 PM, I drove quickly to the DMV office. I stood in the Express Lane and had a clerk help me reinstate my suspended license. Despite popular belief, she accepted the paper certificate of completion from Universal Driving School. I paid with a debit card. (I think you must use plastic for this lane because it's like an ATM machine.) Literally, I walked out of the DMV at 4:55 PM with 2 large receipts proving that my license was reinstated. I kept them in my glove compartment and (legally) drove home. Bring beverages and snacks. While lunch break is only 30 minutes, you get to eat in the classroom. A basic Circle K is only one block away.

I called him and he said well there are other schools you will just pay more. I had something come up that caused me to need to re-schedule as I had something come up that caused me to miss the 2nd half of my course (which their competitor doesn't seem to have a problem with ALL VALLEY WIDE T.S.S. http://www.vwtss.com/faq.html). They were not answering the phone number listed and have not called me back despite leaving several messages. I even emailed them and no response. I've now scheduled with another company and paid an additional $120 to complete this process. I understand it's not their fault that I needed to reschedule, but clearly, other schools are more accommodating and flexible, and hopefully communicate better as well. Update 7/14/16: Sean called me back after posting the review today and offered to reschedule the course. He said he was on vacation, and that this is why he did not get back to me sooner. Unfortunately, the reschedule falls outside of the times I am able to work with, but I am updating my review to reflect his efforts to remedy the situation (from 1 star to 3). I still say that Dr. J was fantastic.

I have always been to my primary care and wasn't quite sure what to expect. They were incredibly patient and communicated very well . Dr Troglin was very gentle when having to give me my injection a few different times and I've had no discomfort after my procedure. Good job students and great job the the Dr and instructor! This type of appointment does take a little longer since the students are learning the correct way to assist but worth it with the cost!!

I understand not refunding the deposit but it's incredibly unprofessional to talk so disrespectfully and not refunding the additional money I put down really confirmed for me that they are preying on low income individuals.
