I canceled this school within an hour of paying for it. I called and talked to some young man and…read morehe said I would get my refund within 3 business days. It's been a month and still no refund. I would highly not recommend this class. They took my money and lied about getting a refund. When I paid for this school and told them why I had yo take it they were all for taking my money. Then a few minutes after discussing with them I was told I didn't have to take this class at all. When I asked for refund a few minutes later I got a very young man who told me he did not work for the school and that he would put in for my refund and I would receive it within 3 business days because who ever runs the school has to be the one to send my refund. It's been well over a month. Still no refund. This is a rip off. Do not use.

Like the saying goes you learn something new every day and her class was not only affordable but very informative as I had no idea the Motor Vehicles REQUIRES you or basically forces you to take a TSS class upon being convicted of failure to stop for a red light citation and let me say I know a lot of strange laws and specifically driving laws but this is one I never knew about , with that being said she was thorough and precise in delivering the right information with the 8 hours given for the course and I HIGHLY recommend going to her class if you ever have to take a TSS class this class is the ONE ! They provide you with the required service for probably cheaper than any other location. But more important than money is time. No one wants to suffer through these classes. They are a nightmare. But, i can honestly say i enjoyed taking class. Instructor makes all the difference. A bad one and you want to blow your brains out as you sit through a class as the time drags on. My time flew by relatively quickly. It takes a great instructor to make a court ordered class, that you had to shell out a bunch of money for no less, tolerable. And more then tolerable I can honestly say i came away characterizing this as a positive experience

They respond quickly confirming you can take the class. You pay , register, and complete the online course in your pajamas in the comfort of your home. You can go in person if you want but I prefer the home environment. After each module, you complete a quick assessment about the 15 minute module. The modules are all videos with jokes, cartoons, and real life video traffic scenes to keep you engaged while teaching you relative content. If you play a module, make sure you don't accidentally close it or you have to start the module all over. When the course is completed, you are emailed your certificate of completion plus confirmation that your completion will be reported to the court on your ticket. Fast, smooth, easy!
