My husband and I both have large trucks and my teenager really didn't feel comfortable driving either when he first received his permit. I found the package that would best fit our needs on the website. Ten hours in car driving with them administering the DMV road test with the last lesson. After paying for the lessons they send the recipient an online gift certificate. Booking online was a breeze. Photos and times available for each instructor easy to maneuver. After three lessons the instructor did state my son needed some more in car driving practice prior to booking his last lesson / road test. After each lesson the instructor emails a report on what needs to be worked on before the next lesson. Both instructors my son had showed up on time and were personable and answered our questions. So easy having them pickup at my home. Pricing competitive to others, but priceless in my book. Driving with these men gave my son the confidence he needed behind the wheel. Totally recommend and we didn't have to stand in line at DMV.

Absolutely made the right choice going with Stop and Go! HUGE kudos to my sons instructor, David C. My 21yo son is starting late at driving. He lacks confidence in himself and talks himself out of everything! I quietly shared this with David C. and he took all that away! He encouraged him and talked him up. My son looked forward to seeing DavidC, like they were best of friends! My son passed his license today and turned 21 on Tuesday! Exciting week in our household! They above and beyond this company offers is, taking the students to the 3rd party DMV for their permits and licenses. This is worth every penny to me!!!!

I just completed the ticket dismissal course today for a ticket I received,…read moreit was a discount from the court fine & they were very accomodating to me for the entire transaction. My serious experience was of studying each page in the allotted time & then answer the questions at the end of each segment, which is quite informative & enlightening, with all of the subject matter & the specifics that went with them. This is put together well & my impression is that these people truly care about safe driving & having folks know why this alternative can be so well done. The research data was incredible, they had complete research studies, such as The University Of Utah's study on how drivers are affected when impacted by all of the environmental conditions & how brain wave patterns are measured when under stress, or cell phone usage or texting & road hazards & general everyday experiences of how many outside forces have upon reaction times & impulse monitoring with immediate loss of focus & such. This was amazing and so in-depth that my grandkids who are recently driving will be seeing this & researching it. The other facts & figures on DUI's & Drug Usage on our communities is rampant & should be shared with many, as I intend to do, for sharing of a truth that affects our daily driving & the high growth of those offending. Plus, the need for serious conversation & adaptation was brought out in this material, which everyone should know about & these folks bring it in a full array of right between the eyes, with videos & statistics. I truly believe that I learned lots of interesting facts from this School!

Very good experience. Class was very interesting and informative. Highly recommend this place.read more

So he gave me a list of classes to choose from and I did. Then wouldn't respond to any calls, texts anything. Well my class starts in 2 hours and I asked if there actually is a class tonight and he says no! Are you serious. I let him know I have had to get a babysitter and I also work nights. This is absolutely horrible. I should of been told this earlier. I was also told by text. Worst customer service I have ever received. I called him and he said well there are other schools you will just pay more. Well there's a time limit and you just cost me a couple hundred dollars at work so I would of just paid that from the beginning. Absolutely don't go here, your class will be cancelled and he is an absolute scammer!

Dr. J was engaging and informative and made the night go by faster than I had assumed. On to my issues with the company itself... I had something come up that caused me to need to re-schedule as I had something come up that caused me to miss the 2nd half of my course (which their competitor doesn't seem to have a problem with ALL VALLEY WIDE T.S.S. http://www.vwtss.com/faq.html). They were not answering the phone number listed and have not called me back despite leaving several messages. I even emailed them and no response. I've now scheduled with another company and paid an additional $120 to complete this process. I understand it's not their fault that I needed to reschedule, but clearly, other schools are more accommodating and flexible, and hopefully communicate better as well. Update 7/14/16: Sean called me back after posting the review today and offered to reschedule the course. He said he was on vacation, and that this is why he did not get back to me sooner. Unfortunately, the reschedule falls outside of the times I am able to work with, but I am updating my review to reflect his efforts to remedy the situation (from 1 star to 3). I still say that Dr. J was fantastic.

I use Yelp as a guide for lots of things. So when I recently got a photo ticket for "Failure to…read moreStop at a Red Light" at 12th St & Camelback (I swear I thought that yellow was going to last longer! $280 says "WRONG!") and the follow-up letter that I had to attend Traffic Survival School, I came here to get some guidance on which school from the MVD list I should choose. I didn't really find what I was looking for, so I crossed my fingers and chose "Absolutely Just My Luck Traffic Survival School" and I'm glad I did. Online registration was easy- and I even saved $5 by doing it online (prices vary, but for the Sunday class, it was the best rate I could find- $55). They were great about immediately confirming my reservation and even sent out a reminder a day or so before the class, which was really helpful. The location I chose, which was in Bud Crawley's Real Estate School on the corner of 16th St & Colter, was also in a really central location. If you go, it can be a little tricky to find as it's in the back of the lot, but they have signs out to lead you there (and on a Sunday, if you just follow the other cars in the lot, you'll find it). Having never gone to Traffic Survival School, I didn't know what to expect, but it was way better than I anticipated for having to sit in a classroom for 8 hours on a Sunday. The teacher, Marcia, who has been an instructor for 10-1/2 years was really friendly and just overall very cool from the start. She had us all introduce ourselves and why we were there- and I was surprised by how many other red-light tickets were in the room (maybe about half of the 25 students- a few even at my same light). Also, just an important note... If you do get a red light ticket, GO TO DEFENSIVE DRIVING SCHOOL! It will save you money in the long run (and points on your license which will raise your insurance rates). And if you haven't had any other moving violations in 24 months, you can go. Note: Traffic Survival School & Defensive Driving School are 2 different things. Anyway, back to the class... Marcia really made it a very interactive experience. And even though we had to watch some ancient videos about driving safety and do some quizzes (as groups), I actually walked away having learned a lot from the class. She was also really great about letting us take some breaks throughout the class, and we also got a lunch break. But just don't take advantage of her, because she definitely has the boundaries she needs to keep the school's approval by MVD. I really appreciated all of the real-life info she passed along to us (AZ is up there with the big cities in the nation for driving fatalities- and the numbers are going up sadly), as well as hearing her own personal story about what led her into this path as an instructor. I really feel like I left the class a more-alert, less-distracted, very conscious driver. It reminded me of how important it is to pay attention while driving (drive defensively!), to not take stupid risks (like thinking I can clear a yellow light or take my eyes off the road for a second to change a song), and how ultimately your life is in your (and the drivers around you) hands every time you drive. If you find yourself needing a Traffic Survival School, I would definitely recommend Marcia and Absolutely Just My Luck Traffic Survival School.

I would highly not recommend this class. They took my money and lied about getting a refund. When I paid for this school and told them why I had yo take it they were all for taking my money. Then a few minutes after discussing with them I was told I didn't have to take this class at all. When I asked for refund a few minutes later I got a very young man who told me he did not work for the school and that he would put in for my refund and I would receive it within 3 business days because who ever runs the school has to be the one to send my refund. It's been well over a month. Still no refund. This is a rip off. Do not use.
