I was so happy with my experience with legacy driving Academy. My son had already been in the car for a bit with my husband and I, but I just felt like the driving school would benefit him. I'm so glad I went this route. They were super easy to schedule with, and got as placed with a super convenient schedule. My 15 1/2 year old son had just gotten his learner's permit when we signed him up for lessons at Legacy Driving Academy. He had no prior driving experience whatsoever and his dad and I were too faint of heart to take him out ourselves. I called and spoke with Kay, the owner, who was super nice and took the time to explain the lesson options they offered. We opted to go with the four 2.5 hours lessons. It's just amazing how his skills and confidence level progressed. After just one lesson, I was very impressed at how much he had picked up while driving with him around our neighborhood. He just had his fourth and final lesson, during which he passed the road test for his license. He's now very confident (as I am as well when I'm a passenger) driving on the main roads and freeways. His instructors were Isaiah for his first, second and fourth lessons and Terry for his third. They were both very patient and professional, always let me know when they were on their way to pick him up, and always spent time giving me feedback after each lesson. Highly recommend. My daughter was taking a long time to grasp driving and I didn't have enough time to practice with her. The change in her abilities after just 2 lessons was amazing! She had way more confidence and had these little "techniques" to understand where she needed to park, how long to stop, how to switch lanes. Bonus, easy to set up classes, you can text them, they give you ample notice of arrival and do a summation with the parent after each class on what the child needs to work on. read more

My son had a great experience with Legacy Driving school. The instructor, Milagro, was awesome. She really taught not only basics, but how to drive in different areas and situations. She gave my son important tips that will make him a better and safer driver. Milagro explained the process, answered all questions and gave me updates on my son's progress. My son had a wonderful experience with legacy driving academy and Cole and his wife have been wonderful to work with My son didn't even mind as mush as he was opposed to doing this at first but gave me a great peace of mind that he went through and he shut ally encore it. Cole his instructor took him out 4 times at 2.5 hours each time on highways, busy streets, downtown, airports, roundabouts, parking and backing in. My twin boys took the driving classes and both found them very informative and enjoyed the instructors. I felt it was very important for them to get advice from someone other than their parents. He is a great driver and really teaches the rules of the road as they should be taught. It was extremely convenient to be picked up and dropped off. I happened to get a flat tire while on my way to work this morning. I pulled off the Interstate and coasted into a safe parking area. As I was trying to get roadside assistance, these AMAZING gentlemen appeared out of nowhere offering their help while I was in distress. I cannot believe how wonderfully lucky I was!! The best part?! They taught a student driver(who was just incredible) how to change a tire! I can't believe such kindness, as they taught ME things I needed to know as well!
