I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and after 30 minutes with people who ordered after us eating an leaving it seemed apparent that we were forgotten. When we checked to see why it was taking so long we were given sandwiches that seemed like they had been reheated in the microwave (that weird hard yet spongey texture bread/bagels get) and it was subpar in every possible aspect. There was no apology for the ridiculous wait (it wasn't busy) and no response when we reached out to the business to let them know about the experience. Incredibly disappointed and will never return. I ordered the Jose and it was extremely greasy, with the meats over grilled. The onions rings (+.80) were very greasy. The kids hamburgers were a big bun with a small patty. The fries were very good and seasoned. My partner got the a hot Ruben and enjoyed it but the potato salad was very soupy. Our order took about 25 minutes to prepare which was fine we expected that it was being made fresh. I wouldn't mind coming back and trying their breakfast and updating my review but I would not come back to get hamburgers or sandwiches. I feel there were under staffed and if that's the case they should minimize their menus. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is a horrible place for customer service. My sisters and I decided to go have breakfast earlier today, ordered food at 9:34 am and ended up waiting 1 hour for our food. To top it off the food order was incorrect/incomplete. The cashier was super puzzled, didn't know how to handle the situation all she said was it will be ready in 5 minutes. Ended up asking for a full refund with no apology except the cook in the back talking shit in Spanish thinking I'm not fluent. Don't ever go there unless you want to be treated like shit and not even acknowledged. I was not the only customer waiting for a long period of time. This place is usually pretty good my husband got a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and I got the club sandwich on sourdough bread. My bread was super dry and thick. This is usually my go to sandwich but it was pretty bad I gave basically all of it to my dog. I'm giving a 3 because my husband enjoyed his sandwich and loved his potato salad.
