It was a first time here and they took the time to explain everything. The girl at the counter (I really wish I had asked for her name) explained the coffee, the tea, the treats, and how to get breakfast sandwiches. The owner was so kind when we were trying to figure out what type of bagel we wanted. We ended up going with the Bagel with the works (Salmon, cream cheese, tomato, onion, and capers.) My daughter got the onion bagel and she said it was amazing. I went with the egg bagel and well...we ended going to Walmart, buying a cooler and ice because I could only eat half. I was not going to throw it away, it was that good. We also got pecan sandies rolled in powdered sugar. I did enjoy them, I just wish that had more almond or nutty flavor. We will definitely come back here and bring my Mom. It was amazing!

After giving their businesses a few more tries, I can share that I prefer the Sinking Spring, PA location. The service and hours are better, and most importantly, they usually don't sell out of your favorite bagels right away. My favorite bagels are the French Toast bagel, the Asiago Bagel, and the Cinnamon Crunch bagel. I usually get a breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese and butter. I love the bagels! They definitely make the best bagels I've ever had, hands down! Just be mindful that the Kenhorst location is run by teenagers and not all of them have customer service skills.

But this was too many. Everything else was fine. I'd give it a six out of a 10 overall but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little bit bummed to not be able to find an authentic New York style fresh bagel with lox and cream cheese.

The best of this location is the service, the lady is very friendly and polite. The place looks clean and very well organized.

It was incredibly overbaked, as the outermost 1/4" or so was very dark brown and hard as a rock. Like, it literally made noise if you tapped it. Yet the baker saw fit to ice it and sell it to people. Any decent bakery would have chalked this batch up as a failure and thrown them out. Though I have to admit, if you cut away the outside, the part that remained was quite good. I just wish they had better quality control and did not try to pawn off second-rate failures to customers, especially since their cinnamon rolls are like $5 each.

I know many people who love the bagels, and god bless them. I've been at Lancaster RBB on two occasions. First time I had a toasted bagel. The exterior was so hard and crisp, it was like biting a sheet of glass. My friends thought that was great, but I thought my mouth was going to be shredded. Not pleasant for me. Second time, I tried a bagel egg sandwich with a not toasted bagel. The exterior was an improvement, no sheet of glass feeling. The interior was super chewy. When biting through the bagel, I thought I was going to pull my teeth out. By the time the bagel was finished, my jaw felt like it just endured a boxing match. Again, my friend said this was amazing and how a bagel should be. Me, not so much. Nothing against RBB, but I think I'm going to pass.

Service was quick (10 minutes), but prepared thoughtfully. We bought some sticker merch and enjoyed the cute surroundings as we waited. The drinks were pleasing- not too espresso forward and not too milky. Just tasty and enjoyable. The lemonade macaroon was fun with the gummy peach ring, however didn't have forward flavor. The bite was there, crisp and fluffy and at least not super sweet. A good nibble offering. My husband enjoyed his bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwich. Fresh, clean and flavorful- especially the Asiago bagel it was on. A little funk to the cheese in that Asiago, which was great!
